Medallion Sprinkler Systems

Medallion installed a new residential irrigation system for us three years ago and I couldn't be happier. I just used them again to expand irrigation in our backyard and to repair some construction damage. Mark is a consummate professional with deep ties in the New Braunfels community. His team of professional installers have been with him many years and they are very efficient and tidy. I can't say enough about the company and the quality of work. Highly recommend this firm for your irrigation needs.

Dennis from Medallion did a fabulous job. Not only did he do a great professional job,, he was a great guy! He fixed the broken sprinkler heada are fixed and ALL of our sprinkler heads were adjusted. Our irrigation system is better than ever. Thank you,. Dennis and Medallion.

Poor customer service, called numerous times before getting call back days after the initial call. Finally service person came out, he did not listen to my questions or concerns and just ignored me. Changed some heads two of which don't work after second time running system. Employee seemed extremely slow and spaced out. I will only use again to have heads fixed which they put in.

I do give credit when credit is due. Definitely due here and much appreciated. I had just purchased my home in NB with some underlying unknown irrigation issues. I had another unqualified person try to fix the issue and he never returned. So my plumber came to make sure it wasn't a pipe and it was not. He recommended Medallion and thank God he did. I made an appt and it took a week or so, so be patient. Dennis called and came out. It was a little more complex issue but he got it fixed, reasonable priced, knowledgeable. It was just a great experience since I was at a loss for what was going on with this. My first water bill was at 23,000 gallons of use to give you an idea. So fingers crossed it is fixed! He helped set my rain bird to be programmed correctly too. I'll be back, I'll need a Spring tune up! So thanks!

I spent almost $2000 having work done on my irrigation system. I think they were slightly over priced, but they do good work. I had a couple of questions and called and emailed them. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. i WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN UNTIL I HEAR FROM THEM!

For six months I have struggled with sprinkler problems that two local companies could not solve. The problems were complex due to the water source being Lake McQueeney, which is down 15". Also, there was an electrical problem.

Matt came and demonstrated exceptional knowledge of pumps, electricity, and systems. He also had tools that I've not seen used by the other guys. What a pleasure to encounter someone who really knows what he is doing!

Had a good experience with Medallion. Communicated up front how soon someone could come out. Got things scheduled and Dennis came out on time. Did a great job repairing and tuning up our system. Great work at a fair price. Definitely recommend.

They were only company that responded in a reasonable time frame of 1 week and made repairs in first visit at fair price.
