I noticed there are no ratings for this group!! My son had an infected, really deep ingrown toenail. I called and was able to get him in to the doctor just over an hour later.
Besides the office being new and nicely decorated, the atmosphere and the staff were all very welcoming and helped with his nerves. Everyone spoke to us as if they had been knowing us forever. They were very thorough with what they were about to do and answered all questions.
We saw Dr. Scott McKinney. He and his nurse were wonderful!! I've gone through this with my daughter and the experience left me dreading taking my son!
My son thought they were all wonderful and enjoyed how they talked to him and didn't just speak to me (he's 12). The doctor said he wishes all patients were like Lucas!
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable atmosphere with providers who don't mind helping calm your nerves.

Thought this was funny but awesome...The toilet seat is automatic. Not only did it spray cleaner but it was also warm...lol. They didn't spare any expense on their office.

The representative taking appointments was very RUDE, CONDESCENDING. an it was apparent she had personal problems bc her level of professionalism was non existent. This location is at the league city location. NY son and I have been a patient at this location for over 9 years. I wish I got the girl's name that is scheduling appointments. She didn't have the mental bandwidth to simply scheduled an appointment in person bc she was not answering the phone. I patiently waited as she kept checking patients in and out in front of me. Telling me I have to wait. The last patient told her no go ahead and attend to her she has been waiting in front of me. The lack of professionalism again was apparent when she insisted with her voice raised that she has to attend to patient ou hv appointments first. I will now take my business elsewhere. I matched her energy and I told her repeatedly whenever I called the call is bot going through. That I why I am standing in from of you to made the appointment. Either way her mediocre sense of authority and ego went to her head bc she believed she had authority over me. NO SHE DOESN'T. I am posting this bc this girl who carried herself like a little girl not a grown woman working in a professional capacity portray a deplorable representation of your business. An as a PATIENT OF 9 YEARS I am now taking my business elsewhere with professionals who carried themselves as such and I got a new appointment else.

I went to Dr. Mckinney for severe ankle pain, he took pictures of it and said I had arthritis in the ankle, he gave me a shot and sent me home. I was seeing another doctor for different reasons and explained the severe pain in my ankle, he ordered x-rays and come to find out my ankle was broken. I tried to call Dr. Mckinney 4 times and even left messages; he ghosted me!

We are self-employed and therefore, self pay.
I brought my daughter in for what we thought was a splinter that had grown into a cyst. It was actually just a plantar's wart.

We waited 1 hour to be seen.
In less than 5 minutes, the doctor scraped off maybe 10 layers of skin from her heal and says "yep, it's a wart". He then applied the equivalent of Compound W and a bandaid.
I specifically asked if this medication was stronger than OTC Compound W and he assured me it was. Both formulations are, in fact, exactly the same.

5 minutes of the doctor's "time", the application of (essentially) Compound W and
1 bandaid totaled $237!

In additions, he requested 3 more "treatments" at $130 ea.

So, basically.... we're talking almost $630 to treat a wart.
This is just plain ridiculous and wrong.

Love Dr. Hassan and the staff in Baytown. She has helped me tremendously with both of my feet the past few years. Dr. Hassan is friendly, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable....not to mention very patient with me and my many questions and needs. Laurie, Chrys, and Nancy in the office are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hassan whether she is in Baytown or one of the other offices.
