McDonald's

Well, it is McDonald's. Went through the drive through and received our order quickly. I got the new cheddar onion burger combo. Just the regular burger with plastic cheddar cheese and onions, half of which were in the wrapper and outside the bun. No ketchup, no nothing else. Had to eat the fries plain as well, no ketchup packets. Usually I am asked if ketchup is needed. Wife had the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad. She said it was good, but nothing to write home about. Not my best McDonald's experience, but far from my worst.

Genuinely the worst mcdonald's i have ever been to. disorganized and rude staff. They also told me I couldn't get a dr. pepper because it would take "too long" ?? If i could give it less than zeros stars.

Was up with this place?
Been here for three days now at the motel next door.
Been trying to order on the McDonald's app.
The app like always has a sweet deal. Buy one shake any size get a second for 29 cents.
But so far all three days of my stay, the ice cream machine has been down.
So I did what any demanding adult will do, cancel my order and go next door where they have a working shake machine!

Went through the drive-through. Nobody wanted to take our order left. The facility facility was in poor condition. Bathrooms are in poor condition. Service was in poor condition.

I think every single person in this establishment were sharing one brain cell tonight, and the last person who had it left it In the bathroom. No masks and employees coughing everywhere. Food was cold and gross and took 30 mins to obtain. I would rather turn my eyelids inside out and sneeze into a bowl of sand than ever patronize this establishment again

Placed an order on the kiosk in the lobby to pay at counter, the people working looked at me a few times standing at the counter while both on their cell phones talking. I had used a daily deal for a free fry with purchase. All I wanted was a drink and fry. Had to walk out and go through the drive through. Then handed my drink to me with pop all down the side with no napkins.

This McDonald's is close to my work so I often stop by after. The past FOUR times they have totally messed up my order. Before it was only minor things, like leaving on pickles, but these last few times they straight up left out half my order, forgot to put anything on the food (sauce, onions, etc), and would repeatedly ask me what I had in my order and then they'd still mess up. I gave up with them. Go to Arby's. Better food. Better service. It's across the street.

Very very loud, using profanity so loud customers can hear, dirty my order was wrong an cold.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would.. I pulled up to the drive thru last night to order dinner and a milkshake I started off by asking for a milkshake she said the ice cream machine was down. I then proceeded to continue with my order and was ignored, sat there for about 2-3 minutes asking if anyone was there no one responded. When I drove away I looked into the drive thru window to see someone there but on the phone not giving a crap about a paying customer trying to place an order. Terrible customer service.

every single person in this mcdonald's is having problems with this order. people are very slow. missing two orders. multiple people have come back in here, missing orders. i would give 0 stars if i could. huge waste of time
