McDonald's

First time in town and I decided to stop at this place. The workers greeted me right away when I entered which surprised me at a fast food place. They went on to inform me of the specials they had and were very helpful. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and there was a slight wait which I inquired about. They told me that they make their quarter fresh when it's ordered and I thought that was pretty neat and made the wait understandable. I sat at a booth which was recently cleaned by a very nice lady named Trebella in the lobby who came back to check on me later. I was alone but it was still a nice place to relax as I came to town. As I left, I was thanked for stopping and told to have a good day. Would gladly stop again.

I sat through the drive thru for a very long time. I pulled up to the 1st window and a small male child, no more than 4 feet tall, took my debit card. I got no receipt. Pulled up to get my order and they said they had to redo it and to pull around. I said i was traveling (and it was snowing) and to just give me my money back. Chaos ensued. A male manager ran over to the window with black nail polish on, flustered. 8 min later , he refunded me someone else's entire meal and credited my debit card $14.05 and gave me that family's receipt. I drove off with a free large Coke and someone behind me didn't get their order that they paid for. I didn't see the receipt until I was out of Pipestone... I got someone's large Coke and no food. Never ever returning to that horrendously poor functioning McDonald's.

Thrown together there was no rush in the line just laziness the mayonnaise isn't even on the sandwich

It's amazing how a whole staff can manage to screw up ever other order. Other than the slow and unreliable service, the food is okay. I mean it's the same food you can get from any other McDonald's restaurant.

Drove there and ordered after sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins they had me pull around for them to bring it do me and they forgot the nuggets. I don't live there and WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Fast, friendly, and clean. I just recently had the buttermilk chicken tenders and they tasted better than some of the sit down restaurants I have gone to. Great place to grab a quick bite to-go.

They are horrible. Didn't get my order right and would not give me my fries when I told them with a receipt that I did not receive them. Just disgusting place.

The bathrooms were really messy. I did not like that it looks like the bathrooms have not been cleaned in days. Otherwise a nice spot

Good place just slow and sometimes food is cold. all the workers have good attitudes and are very friendly!!
