McDonald's

just went through the drive through and this girl with blue streaky hair was beyond rude! never smiled and didnt say a word to us, horrible service. i told her to have a goodnight and she rolled her eyes. thumbs down.

Fast service, hot food. What isn't there to love. What you'd expect from a McDonald's. They also seem to handle busy rushes quite well!

Dixie and Davisburg Rd, kinda wondered if open .. lots of cars, suggest have orders not ready pull into special parking so others don't have to wait 8 + min for anything.

Great staff and service. Love the new table side service where they bring you your food! Live this McDs!

Hot chocolate was god awful I had to give it away to my friend with zero taste buds. Sandwich was alr tho Bc I was starving

This McDonalds is the worst I have ever been to. I have not been there in months because of the repeated horrible food that they produce. Unfortunately my husband went there tonight to get a burger and fries and it was awful, I threw it all away even the fries were not cooked all the way. Nice job on making the outside of your building look nice but not doing anything to increase the quality of food you put out. The burger bun was bent in half and burnt and the meat was burnt as well. Even with the toppings all you could taste was burnt meat, It may have been in the red light district too long. Regardless of being short staffed you should always look at what you are giving the paying customer. I really wish that the owners of this place would eat there and see what it is really like. Wish it could close down and owners who actually give a dam would open something else or take over. Please avoid this place and go to the Milford Road location instead they are super busy but the food is 100% better than the White Lake location.

I have to admit that I normally do not complain and it has taken a lot for me to decide to do a negative yelp review of McDonald's but the last 3 times I have been there they have forgotten a part of my order and I am done with that place. It is ridiculous and a huge waste of my time plus the money they stole from me by not giving me what I paid for. If I call and complain I have to drive all the way back there for them to make it right. But no one pays me for my time or gas. From now on if you do not give someone their order they should get their food plus a free meal. Stop stealing money from your customers just because your not paying attention. Absolutely disappointed in this establishment. I will be going to the Milford rd one from now on. They actually take the time to read the order and get it correct!

Typical slow service and waited at drive up for incorrect order. Cold fries. Indifferent staff. Like I said, typical McDonalds. Sad part is that is is more expensive now than a decent meal at chili's or Applebee's. But I didn't expect that much when I pulled up and left thinking I should have known better.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I went to this location today, May 18, 2019 to order 2 UNSWEETENED iced teas. I used the drive thru.
One tea was correct, the other was sweet.
I went back through the drive thru to get it corrected. The employee told me that I was lying. I had to INSIST that they correct my order. They asked me to pull up. I waited 5 or more minutes for my replacement.
My replacement was SWEET TEA!!!
Round three into the drive thru! Once again, I was told that I was incorrect! I made them correct the tea. The entire time, the employee was talking about me to other employees (including a manager) while I could hear her!
When I told her that I wasn't wrong - the manager YELLED at me saying "nobody said you were wrong!"
Did he not hear what the employee was saying?
Needless to say, I won't be visiting this location again!!

Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Last time I came here my Big Mac looked like it had a bite taken out of it. Then today, I ordered the two cheeseburger meal with no onion and extra pickle. When I got my food, my burgers both had no pickle and onion on them. When I told the guy at the window that my burgers were incorrect a woman handed him a bag with one burger in it, he very rudely snapped at me and said, "Extra pickle and no onion right?" Interrupting me as I tried to tell him there was only one burger in the second bag he was handing me. Then the lady handed him another burger and he again rudely repeated himself and threw the burger at me. Rolled his eyes and walked away. I do not understand how people like this get employed and continue to keep their jobs. Unbelievable. Lastly, my burgers were cold and they did not give me a straw for my drink. Zero stars.
