McDonald's

Forina or Fordina (was unable to get her name because she literally closed the drive through window in my face) was extremely rude. She wore a name tag that said manager and stated that we could only have one sauce despite the fact that we ordered 2 meals. What kind of ridiculous customer service is that??? And then had the nerve to shut the window in my face and walk away when I asked her name to file a complaint. This place is trash. People clearly don't care about their jobs. Imagine going to a hospital and being treated with that type of customer service by your nurse or doctor, why are fast food workers held to a lower standard??

The staff is kind and they talk to you nicely when i come they always greet me well and talk to me like i was one of them

Longest waiting time ever for a McDonald's !!! Horrible service of course but the waiting time is unacceptable. Everybody else is passing me and taking their order and I'm still here waiting

Bad service and clueless idiots that work here. I tried to make it easier for these troglodytes and and do a mobile order 10 mins prior to pulling up and they hadn't even made the food and had no knowledge of the order even existing.

Staff was great... But the food was there worst I have had in ten years. Will never go back.

The egg looked like a blanket... Tasted like one too. The break want even edible.

The staff works without gloves and hats on their heads. I know perfectly well that catering staff must comply with the sanitation standard. Unfortunately, the renovation of the building did not lead to perfect cleanliness.

Main reason for stopping was to use the restroom &tried the new Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese.

First of all, staff on the late night shift are extremely unfriendly, and overall have the persona as if you are bothering them. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. I did not expect what I received. There's a DROP of sauce. There's absolutely zero spicy-ness to this sandwich and it's an utter disappointment. Based on the menu photos, there should be an ample amount of sauce, but I'm sorry, if this was a burger, would this be an appropriate amount of ketchup? I don't think so. My French fries are ice cold and I'm within walking distance of this location. Thankfully I ordered a double cheeseburger as backup, right? Wrong! The burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. It was as if it was pulled out of the freezer, slapped together, wrapped up and handed to me. Biting into the burger was equivalent to attempting to bite into a tire. Everything ended up in the garbage as it was all inedible. I don't expect gourmet food from McDonald's, but I do expect the food to be edible, to say the least. Instead, this was unfortunately a waste of $10.89.

It is super rude and frustrating when you wait in line at the drive-through for 10 minutes only to find out that the ice cream is not working this is happened many times at this location it's unprofessional and it's ridiculous that they don't put a sign outside that says sorry ice cream machines are broken so that way the only customers that are there are customers that actually want meals.

5 Stars for service! I have to say...they have seriously upped the service here!

Ok, it's McDonald's and it is what it is...Got the Big Breakfast and they kindly changed out the biscuit for a toasted bagel. Now that's love.

Please keep the great attendee at the Drive Thru. The Hispanic shorter lady was super friendly...everyone there is doing a great job and deserves to be recognized!

It's McDonalds need I say more lol ....best fries ever though and they are open late with a drive thru for those late night munchies
