Me and my wife have been to the New Florence McDonalds five times and the food is always fresh and hot
The staff are always friendly

Worst service. RUDE staff. But even worse is how DIRTY this place is. WVWRY TRASH is overflowing. You can't put your trash anywhere so people are leaving it on counters and tables. So gross and unsanitary. The sanitizer stations are all empty even though they claim they love sanitizer lol. And why is there an office set up in the booth in front? So trashy. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Not to be confused with MapDonalds, which is where you go to buy a map, if anyone even buys those anymore.

Located right off of the highway in the middle of Missouri you will find this McDonald's which is not bad, and food is usually fresh and hot, but they do mess up sometimes.

I think the main problem here is that the drive-thru and the parking doesn't have enough space so it seems like a bit traffic jam free for all trying to get in and out of a very busy store.

Great service in a family friendly environment. Food was hot, fresh, and as ordered.

A great McDonald's. Do not listen to food reviews about fast food posted by anyone over 70 years old.

Disappointing service. Our family of four arrived at 9:42pm to order drinks and use restroom facilities. Restrooms were blocked off by 4 chairs. Asked worker at register if we could use restroom and were told that we could not as they had just been cleaned. Hours of operation on door indicated they were open until 11:00pm for dining and 12:00am for drive thru.

I'd give a zero, if I could! Fast food has gone down hill so bad, I've all but quit eating it. The service from the young people these days, if you can get their attention off their phone, is horrible. It makes you think, they hate their job. Either my taste buds have changed, or you changed the recipe for the Big Mac sauce. The food preparation is so sloppy, I have to remake my burger when I take it out the box. It's not just McDs, it's all fast food establishments.

So recently I went to this place to grab some salad pergonzalez here I know the McDonald's and it's not the healthiest place but it's fast so when I was there when I pulled in to that Place I parked my vehicle I went inside and the labyrinth was closed for absolutely no reason all the lobbies are open everywhere all over the United States of AmericaSo I went to drive-through and nobody was responding to me no matter how many times I called or knocked. So I really wanted to write a negative review about this place but then It turned out that this place had short stuff. And they gladly showed me where to go. They took my order and without any weight I received and my food was fresh. The customer service was amazingBut it's kind of sucks that the dining room is closed because you will want to Is it in dining room instead of eating outside.

Literally my entire order was wrong. I spent $15 and not one thing was right. and when i try to call and complain there is no answer. terrible place

Absolutely terrible!!! DO NOT COME HERE! This place should be shut down! Cashier was rude and not attentive. Manager didn't care and ignored us. Food was cold and disgusting. You are wasting your time if you come here!
