McDonald's

I got on the last few bites of the LAST buttermilk chicken tender and saw this. It was still raw. Praying me nor my son get sick from this. Won't forget to add the lady at the pick up window was so rude it's pathetic. This is absolutely disgusting don't eat here.

Very quick service in a clean place with a great staff & awesome lattes!!! Easy access & location with indoor play area for kids!

I went here yesterday and got a double cheeseburger fries and a drink. At around 3 AM I threw up. You gave me food poisoning!! Talking to an attorney to file a lawsuit! This is unacceptable! I don't know what happened but other than a couple eggs at home in the morning that's all I ate so the meat on my cheeseburger was bad. I am going to my attorney to see about filing a lawsuit because this is bad business!! You should know better!!

Every morning I'll order my i normally have no problems but this lady older Asian or Korean has been working the morning window everyday she gets my order wrong and she tells me that it's my phone not working then the manager which is a little girl that's about 18 says oh that's just a minor mistake she didn't hear you correctly always giving an excuse for her not putting in a correct clothes and I get in the orders correct.

I placed an order through ubereats. I ordered 10pcs chicken nuggets, medium fries and McDouble. The fries tasted flimsy, flavorless and old. The MC double patties were overcooked. The bottom of the bun is packed in flour. Only the nuggets tasted decent. Everything else tasted like crap. I didn't even eat it. Such a shame that they can't serve food properly. I would suggest don't waste your time or money ordering food delivery from this location. Pick a different McDonald's in the area with better food quality.

The worst run supposed fast food in my entire life. Non English speaking person taking orders. Good was not ready when we got to window. Another unintelligible person told us to go park. 11 minutes later a girl brought out a bag of food handed it to me and then asked what I had ordered I answered she grab the bag back and went to the car behind me and traded bags. Got home our quarter pound cheeseburger was terribly undercooked. At this point I just gave up and wrote this for other people

If you are in any kind of a rush, do not go to this McDonald's. The franchise owner of this McDonald's must be different from the other ones in the area. They are the slowest franchise. The last time I visited this McDonald's I waited 30 minutes for two large fries and 20 chicken nuggets. It took me 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru and 20 minutes before I walked into the McDonald's and demanded my food. Prior to these 30 minutes, I had already asked the staff to look into my order, and I even gave them my receipt to make sure they did so. But they still made me wait. of course, there is no issue with the food. But when I walked into the McDonald's, there was also a long line of people waiting. What's ironic is that the other McDonald's located near the area have many more people going through the drive-thru and into the restaurant, but they seem to manage to handle everyone within 90 seconds to 3 minutes max. This one takes 30 minutes. Absolutely awful service. The manager should be changed.

I would have given four stars except I got home and my unsweetened iced tea was a sweetened one. Not acceptable for a diabetic especially when the screen said unsweetened. Watch yourself people and take orders seriously. Many a scorned allergic person has sued food establishments when their order is wrong and wins that lawsuit. As for me I'll let it slide this once because they have always gotten the orders correctly. As for the wait in line it is sometimes excessive.. hopefully at some point management can get it together. Tough times for the service industry so expectations aren't the highest.

Poor service, terrible food - shall I continue?
Check out the "chocolate shake" I ordered through drive through on 9/18/2023 - I order shakes all the time from the McDonald's in Summerlin and it doesn't look like this. The manager said he just works the machine ‍

-Staff are unprofessional and don't want to be bothered for any reasons
-Order was not correct; staff asked me to double check my order.
-Nothing but Vagrants and teens hanging around, trying to get free food from the counter and patrons.
-Ordering Machine was disgustingly greasy.

The owner should be ashamed of how this place is managed. I can tell the employees aren't treated well; if they were, chances are they would provide better services and take pride in their establishment.

I won't ever go to this location; even if I was starving.

This was about the best McDonald's I have ever had. The food is good the service is great and the food wasn't smashed down. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's.
