never have ice cream, usually food is messed up, and the snack wraps I order with "extra cheese" every single time have less cheese then a normal freaking snack wrap.

I give a 4 star because the people at least are nice half the time and they don't always get the order messed up. Also I have seen the customers they deal with inside and I feel so bad sometimes. So just lemme get a Mcflurry ight? Lol

Rude as fuck, you walk in and your met with glares, i asked for some BQQ she gave me one , i told her "Thank youu!" And she responds with "mmm" like why everyone gotta be so rude? you work in customer service.

The WORST service on earth at this location!! The young folks hired at this location lack everything humanly possible. First off, they slur making it impossible for you to place an order thru the drive-thru window, then they refuse to confirm your order at the first window after you pay, and when you pickup your INCORRECT order at the second window and ask about it, they simply shut the window and walk away! Do I want to sit there and argue l... umm NO! With that nasty attitude, you're sure to get spit or something worst on anything they hand you afterwards. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this particular McDonalds until management can get adequate help.
It's too bad these young folks give a bad wrap to all other young people who actually care about their work ethic.

I swear to god these people need hearing aids, or a better attitude. Ive come here 6 times now. 3 of those times I've asked for a mcchicken no lettuce add pickles... first time... no lettuce... no pickle. Second time I got just a regular mcchicken and now this time they took off the Mayo and added bacon... like are so these people not know what pickles are or are they just fucking dumb. This night crew is absolutely terrible. Just fire them all.

I had a coupon they asked for the code then told me I can't help you it's saying I used it already which I didn't bc I just pulled in. I asked for a manager to override the transaction and she told me no can't help she was a Nasty girl with a lip ring extremely un professional when I pulled to second window she Pretended to shoot my car absolutely will never be back and I hope she is fired horrible

waiting for 35 minutes with 23 other people for their food zeros stars if possible. Food cold and not fresh. Ambiance horrible.

What in the holy name is happening here? I don't think anyone working there understands regular language or words. They don't respond to questions, they don't seem to understand what's going on around them, and they seem to be on a different planet. Very unfriendly, like they just don't care. Don't these workers have to go through customer service training? Isn't there a manager who cares at all? Of course, even our simple order was WRONG. Avoid this location if you can.

Everybody playing around in here. They gave me a burger with no patty... really? Lame. Find a different mcds.

Horrible. They can't get an order right. And people think they should get more money an hour. Do your job correct and then get paid.

This was the worst McDonald's! Ordering a meal in the kiosk while we are the only customers, and we waited 15 minutes. Laughing and loud gaffaws in the kitchen while we waited and waited to get a very simple order. Ummm wake this place up Corporate, it's a disaster!
