McDonald's

It's your standard micky d's, always got to get my coffee, ice cream, and hashbrown fix! Their soft serve cones are light n fluffy as always. Honestly I like their black coffee better than starbucks. , I walked in, ordered, paid, and got food in less than 5 minutes. Very clean too, bathrooms are always spotless as well if you need to use the loo.

A pretty all right McDonald's. The food was pretty good and the staff are on the point. Restaurant is fairly clean and welcoming. Keep up the good work!

Usually I haven't had a problem but today to get free fries like for every Friday at McDonald's and the guy was trying to upsell us to get other fries for free instead of the ones we had ordered then we get out food and to get a McFlurry they fill it up half way smh

How the hell does someone order by using two machines and I had to sign out using my rewards. The food was amazing for once everything was there
The ambience was not too good, workers leaving their trash on the table like we see it every time we get there

Horrible service. I went through the drive through and waited and waited and waited. I was told to pull into a spot and my order would be brought out to me. I waited even longer there for two combo meals. When I received my food my fries were ice cold. I was already upset and walked in and asked one of the shift leads to taste a fry. He refused and quickly took them from me and threw them in the trash. I asked if they could make me fresh fries and if he could make them large for my troubles. He refused to give me a large fry replacement. Said I didn't even wait that long and said best he could do was another medium cold fry. I said no thanks I'll take a refund for the order. Then they were all hanging out the window staring a laughing as I walked back to the truck. When I approached the manager in my truck to ask why they were acting like this he had this to say.

Went this morning asked for a sausage McGriddle with cheese and a coffee got to window and the girl repeats my order but states it's with egg and I tell her No... I said nothing about egg on it she fixes it and then I tell her make sure no egg touch's my sandwich I'm highly allergic to it when I get to 2nd window ask for manager I let her know I need to make sure no egg touched this sandwich she said it did not but I was not convinced enough so I didn't eat it just to be on safe side and it was not even busy this morning

This McDonald's is consistent if it is anything. If you want to have your order prepared wily nilly and not as you ordered, this is your spot. If you like limp, soggy French fries, this place shines. Yes, if you get a charge out of picking up an order and getting home only to find that it is not what you ordered, head on out to the McDonald's at 1351 George Dieter. They can mess up wonderfully and they are consistent!

Went here with my family nothing too special and we ordered a number 7 meal large. (The drink large and fries) but when getting our drinks they gave us only medium drinks but large fries. My family of course talked to staff about this and they said that well on our order it said medium drink so we just said it's whatever. So we go home and start eating our food. My mother is eating her food but then the paper on her burger says NO ONIONS but they put onions on it anyway. I understand mistakes happen but please there are better ways they could have handled things. Such as giving us large drinks? I mean we have large meals but no large drinks? They literally ripped us off. (What I mean by that is that on the receipt it said large drinks and large meals which if not giving us the large drinks you are literally ripping us off) I give them one star since their customer service wasn't good at all. The lady that we talked to about the order and receipt she seemed so clueless and didn't even know what to do. I don't think I'll come back here but overall the spot for the McDonald's is odd but there's nothing wrong with anything but the service and food.

Drive-thru line is one of the more efficient ones in El Paso, there's no high schools nearby, that makes lunch traffic a lot more manageable.

Get a McRib while you still can!!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and coffee through the app but I only got the coffe. The app messed up again for the third time, it wont let me order the breakfast menu, it was 10:30, but it lets me order the regular menu, I went through the drive through and I only got the coffee, so I Parked and went inside but the girl in front said there's nothing she can do. Very bad service! I waited in the drive through and had to go inside and still didn't get my food. I left and went across to Burger King instead.

No excuse for a 25 minute wait to get your complete order in the drive through after placing the order. Was told to pull over and wait for the rest of the order, and waited...and waited...and waited.
