Can you give negative stars? Holy sh**! Ordering in the drive thru and inside is always a nightmare and takes a lifetime because the employees repeat back the wrong order despite having to say it over and over again. It's truly bizarre. Despite having to repeat the order 1000x be sure to double check the receipt because it will be wrong regardless.

Me and my boyfriend visited around 8 in the morning and while the restaurant was quite busy, our food came out very quickly! We ordered the sausage sandwich and bacon biscuit. Both came out satisfyingly warm, enough to melt the cheese! The caramel Frap came out delicious too. The manager tending to customers in the front was so friendly and helped fill my Starbucks cup with water! Super great experience. Really made our morning. Thank you!

This location lately has become very inefficient with keeping up with customer service. Waiting over 10min when there was no line when you arrived is ridiculous. Customer service wasn't great the girl at the counter was eager to clock out and was very attentive and friendly to her family that was in lobby with her kids. Overall not a positive experience with the service and time management.

Line took FOREVER, the "manager" didn't know how to operate the rewards and just keep saying "I don't know, I don't know" so I had to order my food on the app while being at the drive thru.. AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT OUR FOOD, THE MEAL CAME WITH LIKE 10 fries instead of the medium fries we ordered. We didn't want to go back and wait another 15 minutes for 4 cars again. HORRIBLE

This McDonalds has got to be the worse. There is trash outside the parking lot and it's all McDonald's paper, cups, food, straws and additional trash that the wind has brought into parking lot. When a 3 yr old doesn't eat McNuggets n fries says ALOT! Seem food was old and dry. Staff didn't work as a team and orders were not made as ordered. It took me 10 minutes to get my Lg coke and no one was in line. Wow. Oh, and the burger had too much mayo. Yuck. Why complain when I know nothing would be done after seeing this crew at work.

Gross. Ordered nuggets and they were not cooked. Waited in line and decided to go inside instead of the drive thru. I shouldn't have even gone.

Omg. Do NOT go to McDonald's if you are on a Keto diet! I researched what fast food chains are keto friendly. It brought up McDonald's first. It told me how to order and what to order. So I went to pay via drive thru and was ASTOUNDED on the prices. The info given gave a completely different price. It said if not ordering bun/biscuit the price would be less. Not only was it regular price but they poured ketchup all over it!!!! NOT KETO FRIENDLY! Basically I paid $10 for 3 pieces of cheese over 3 burgers. I tried getting an explanation from manager who said regular price was correct. No price drop for no bun which is total opposite from what i was advised! SO DO NOT ORDER FROM MCDONALD'S IF ON KETO DIET NO MATTER WHATS BEING TOLD TO YOU! BK DOES IT MUCH BETTER!

I ordered two sausage McMuffin and both of them were so tuff they felt like they were old and terrible I couldn't even chew it that was a total waste of money I definitely won't be going there again

Waited at the drive thru pick up window for a few minutes, figured everything would be a little fresh...nope! Fries old and stale, son won't even touch the nuggets there so dry, burger warm, not hot but warm.

Ummm. It's McDonald's! The line was long. Despite having customers review their order on the screen, my order was still wrong. I asked for my food to be fresh and it was overcooked. I waited for a new order of fries and nuggets and it was better. The staff were nice as well as protected during the pandemic. All staff were wearing masks and gloves.
