McDonald's

They happily take your money as you place your order and then you drive to the next window and wait. I am hungry just want a quick breakfast, just a sausage biscuit, please. I want to get to work on time, thinking they would provide speedy service, really, isn't that why one gets fast food? Worker finally comes to the window and reports "We just started a new batch, it will be a wait"...No offer to refund my $2, asks if I want anything else. Yes, I want to not be late to work. I left without debate, disappointed, out my $2, and will never return. They should offer a refund, maybe an apology? or better still, NOT take your money when they don't have the product!!! Or even let you know when you order that the product is not available! Don't they get the fast food concept and don't take a customers money if you can not fill the order, that would be the ethical way to operate!

I use this McDonald's whenever I make a trip up the I-5. It is a quick stop and the staff at this McDonald's are better than any I have come across. The drive thru is quick and even if you have to wait a few seconds for your food they apologize for the wait. They are friendly and efficient. There is truck parking and plenty of grass for pets to stretch and lift their legs on. The manager of this McDonald's should be proud. The only complaint I have would be the blowers in the restrooms. Give me some McPapertowels and I'll give this McDonald's a 5 star rating.

Definitely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. My boyfriend and I stopped by around midnight on a long drive home. All the employees working had very poor customer service and were very rude. We ordered two cheeseburgers and a medium fry. The bun my burger looked like whoever put it in the bag crumpled it up first and tasted like someone dumped teaspoons of pepper on it. The fries were unsalted and greasy. Horrible. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I would have rated this McDonalds higher because the young lady behind the counter was pleasant had helpful. My husband and I stopped on 8/7/14 to get a milkshake each. I did not want whip cream or cherry on mine. As the young lady was putting our order togather she was rudely reprimanded by the manager or whoever in front of me about not wearing her Seahawks Mcdonald uniform shirt. It was very rude and uncalled for, it should have been done in the privacy of the office. Needless to say I got whip cream and a cherry that i did not want because instead of paying attention to my order she was being verbally abused in front of a customer. I did not complain because I did not want more trouble for her from the very tacky manager.
