Doing Doordash and have been in line for over 30 minutes. Either they have no help or they just suck at life.

Pretty reliable McDonald's. It can get pretty busy in the morning and around lunch time, but I've never had to wait too long for my food and they always include my sauces!

Food is good besides the insane wait time. Most the employees are rude and unprofessional. Looks like a basic mcdonalds.

"Open 24 hours" but down for breakfast maintenance until 4:30 and they won't take orders during this time. Just close at that point cause you're not actually open 24 hours then

I wanted to try something new, so I went for the number 3 Combo ("The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese") despite of all the pieces of raw onion, it was pretty good. On my Second bite I noticed that it was Really juicy almost to Juicy, then I looked at where I took my first bite. It was Raw! Normally this McDonald's service and quality is a 4/5 but today it was a 2/5
I don't recommend any of the Cheese burger Options, Go for the Chicken instead.

DO NOT COME HERE me and my friends got false information and ended up NOT GETTING OUR MC FLURRY i understand that the machine is apparently always broken but we got told it was fine then get to the window and was told the machine automatically shuts off at 12:00 IT WAS 11:50 and that's not even half the scandal

Dina was amazing and had excellent service!!! She was very good and was patient while I ordered.

24 hour location but every time I've come recently their shakes are "unavailable for the night." I used to come here often because they were faster than some other locations but the wait just keeps getting longer it seems.

DO NOT COME HERE. I walk into the dining hall, order my M&M mcflurry and then I'm off to pee. Good. The bathroom was DISGUSTING and had NO hand towels. I'm all for saving the earth but those blow dryers are icky. I walk back out and hear my friend getting KICKED out of the dining hall?? WTF. The employees proceed to tell us we need to leave bc the dining hall is closed. Okay? why was the door unlocked then. So we tell them we paid and ordered food already they're proceed to rudely say they cannot help us and that we need to go through the drive thru. Ok maybe put a sign up saying dining hall is closed then like? that's the consequences of your own actions. We pull up to the drive through and the lady says hello one moment. (ten moments later) she comes back and says pull to second window. We pull tot he first after waiting twenty minutes. The girl says "we made your mcflurrys no worry" this was fantastic news to hear because again, we paid for them already. We pull to the second window and the manager lady says we can't make them ice cream machine is down. She claims it automatically closes at 12 which is bullshit because why are you still open then? After saying whatever she says she will give refund. This bitch takes my card and REFUNDS ME THE WRONG AMOUNT. I'm still waiting for the refund to come through so I think she lied and didn't even refund me WTF. Never coming here again. Do not do it, it's not worth the risk. SAVE YOU DOLLARS$$$

This is a whole scandal. First of all, my friends and I all walk in the lobby and make our purchases. As we are waiting, the employees rudely approach us saying the lobby is closed and we can't make an order. This was obviously a predicament because we already paid- so they told us to just go through the drive through. Ok fine. We go to the drive through and wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the speaker and we tell them our situation. When we get the the first window the lady tells us that the ice cream machine is down, but "we are in luck because they made ours just before they turned it off". Yayyy ok we are getting our ice cream. NOT! We get to the second window and the lady is SO RUDE and bratty and she said "sorry guys our ice cream machine turns off at 12:00 we have to refund you for the ice creams". It. Was. 11:50. ME WHEN I LIE. To be honest, all the employees need customer service kindness training except the girl at the first window on the head seat.

Not sure why the food at this location just doesn't taste as good as other locations. Somehow the shortcuts they take really affect the product. An example is the breakfast biscuit. I have tried this breakfast at this location several times and no matter what, the sandwich is cold and just not tasteful. If you compare the food to Newport and MLK, it's very clear there's a problem with the kitchens I won't try again. Better to drive to Clifton if Newport is closed in the night. Please teach this kitchen how to prepare food. Maybe someone from Newport or MLK can go help this location with am improvement plan.
