McDonald's

The food was okay it had great taste in all but it was just plain like why is there no juice? The service is decent also, and so is the ambience not that bad of a place. Just a solid 3

I asked for a McChicken and got beef with mayo and lettuce? There's a reason people work at McDonalds - they can't even follow a simple order with the assembly line pictures posted in front of their faces.

This location also doesn't have a working phone number so good luck trying to call them for refunds or to correct orders.

I came for an early morning breakfast before a trip and went through drive-thru. We pulled up to the menu and waited a couple seconds and kept saying hello. Finally someone responded "You can say hello all you want, but I won't hear if my headset isn't on".

Wow.

We placed our order and went up to the next window to pay for the coffees and no one was there. Sat there for 3 to 4 minutes (yea, we timed it...). We moved up to the next window thinking maybe that's where we should be and no one was there either. We moved back to the first window... And still no one there!...eventually one lady walked by, saw us , but didn't come to the window.

Eventually after a solid 7 minutes, we left.

This place sucks I ordered through uber eats and they gave me the oldest nuggets they could possibly had for weeks in the freezer I soon as i tasted them i threw up on the floor they even had mold on them. It's ridiculous how they take advantage of people that are not going through the drive through. McDonald's you have lost a loyal customer. Wendys is always fresh

Food was very fresh, and the service was fast! But I didn't give 5 stars because we found hair in our fries. It was short black hair, it wasn't from us so we knew it was from the kitchen. But other than that the place was very clean! Also the one of the ladies bathroom toilets are broken, like the seat. On the hamburger, the burger part like the top of it was gone like it was bitten off.

They take a very long time. Half the time order will not be ready when you arrive at the drive through window. Then they will have you go park and they will take 15-20 min to bring the food out. Food will not be hot. Also if you go in the place does not feel clean.

Worst customer service. No cashiers so no one to talk to when you walk in. Employees dont want to answer any questions. They just walk away and avoid eye contact. I asked an employee same question about a cheeseburger special 3 times. Each time he told me he'd be right back with an answer and then walked away and pretended i never asked. I dont even care about the special but at least respond to a customer with a "i dont know" so i can move on instead of making me stand there waiting for 10min.

I have to say, I have been to a few bad McDonald's but today took this one took the crown. My wait time was more than 15 minutes, which would have been alright, if I hadn't received stale chicken nuggets, flat coke and not the right amount of sauces we ordered. Despite this being the lunch rush, the food tasted awful and was poorly put together.

My family and I will be sticking with Chick-fil-A from now on.

Should be ZERO stars but that's not allowed!!This place is a complete joke from the female manager that worked 8/24/22 morning/afternoon to the cashier that worked the same shift. I ordered 3 meals (which come with fries and drink)...BOTH my children were missing their fries. The kiosk machine did NOT print a receipt. So my son went back to the front to ask for the fries we were missing. The cashier starts yelling at my son saying he needed the receipt. One thing is for sure and two things are for certain YOU ARE NOT GOING TO YELL AT MY CHILD. So I tell this rude cashier (older Hispanic guy with black glasses, maybe about 5ft6in) that the kiosk did NOT print a receipt. He then proceeded to tell the manger (Hispanic lady, hair pulled back into a messy bun with glasses) that I don't have my receipt and I'm saying my fries are missing. She then ask for the order number, I give it to her. They BOTH look at the order in the screen and he tries to only give me ONE of the missing fries. When I say that plexiglass was about to come down because I was about to go through it in "Karen Mode". I totally understand that people lie about missing food items, but 2 people looked at my order and saw that I was not lying and they still gave me an issue. Also call me Kermit The Frog because it's not my business BUT they also messed up a few other orders after my order was placed. The entire staff needs more training.

While I am very happy to see businesses employ special needs employees, today, the man working the drive-through (giving food) was cursing at the customer who pulled away without her milkshake. My son was in the car and heard him call her a bitch and tell her to "keep on going." He then proceeded to curse at his employer inside for saying something to him about it. He handed me my order with my son's drink missing and no straw for mine. I was going to turn back, but decided to let it go. As usual, no greeting or thank you. From now on, I will go to another McDonalds.
