The nuggets are trash they taste like utter trash needed to go the to hospital the sprite can me heart burns

Absolutely unacceptable service. Took over an hour to get a meal. I ordered at the kiosk and the payment "didn't go through to the register" so they had me pay again. Charged me twice for a simple order. Should've been $13.73 instead it was $27.46. The cashier was slow and rude. Gave me the wrong McFlurry as well. Ordered an Oreo and got an M&M. NEVER go to this location!!

I know fast food places are busy, but it's a bit rediculous here. And even if you order the thing on their automated kiosk, they will still get the order wrong, every time.
But I will give them 3 stars.
It's McDonald's, the food is consistently... McDonald's.
They are the only McDonald's around with a kids play area, so that's nice.
And the staff are usually pretty friendly over all.

Ordered a McRib minus onions for my daughter got home 40 minutes away and got a McRib with no sauce on it last time I check McRibs had sauce on them!!! Also got my son a happy meal 6 piece nugget and there was no bbq sauce on the box!!! I've tried to call for 10 minutes just to let them know this was done and the phone line has been busy!! I will not be back to this McDonald's

Manners lessons needed.
On about every time we stop at the drive through no one can say Thank you. The food is good, orders never got messed up but gee can we say Thank you once in a while? Other than that its fine, busy esp at peak hours , so I guess I am being petty b/c many ppl stop there, but manners DO matter. Lots of fast food places in town even down the street with polite servers. Thank you! :)

Large fry= like 19 fries.....this place is always a joke I don't know why I ever go back..... got two happy meals for kids. Their fries were like this also. Plus neither had a drink with em....

This McDonald's was an excellent location. We did the drive thru. They were super fast and super kind. The lady at the window greeted my friend and even asked how our day was going. She gave us our food and we drove off. Although they forgot one item we ordered, I ran it, told the lady working behind the counter the item we were missing, and she grabbed the fries right when I told her. Also, the inside was super clean. Definitely a friendly and clean location.

My order was forgotten. I waited for at least 15 minutes before confronting the staff. They were apologetic and re-entered my order plus offering a fried fruit pie. I saw employees having conversations with each other at the expense of the customers. I believe one of the employees had their children there playing in the playground which occupied their time & attention. The drive thru was clogged and asked to pull ahead for their orders. This site used to have great management and operated with polite attentative staff. Someone needs to investigate current conditions.

Had to wait a bit on the fries, but the food was very fresh at least!!! Clean place, even the bathrooms were pretty tidy. Good place to eat.

I have never reviewed a McDonald's before but I have to say that this was the best I have ever eaten at before. Food is cooked perfectly and prepared neatly, and the staff is out of this world! We even had a staff member wait on us at our table which is unheard of at a McDonald's!
