      Had a major tire puncture west of The ATL, and got off at the first exit. Pulled into a gas station, and lo and behold, Mavis was right next door. So Damn Lucky (DMB)!! We drove up, walked in, and they said it could be up to 2 hrs before they got to us. 50 mins later, we were out the door w/ a new tire (military discount included)!! So grateful to the guys at Mavis -- thank you!!

      Just had a tire repaired at Mavis Tire. Thanks, y'all. I brought the tire in and dropped it off. They had it done in no time and were very nice. I appreciate that didn't try to sell me a new one since the tire was pretty new and in good shape except for the screw in it.

      I called Friday and asked if I needed an appointment to get a patch on Saturday. They said I did not, so I showed up at 7:30 Saturday morning for their 8am opening. First in line. Sure, they open at 8 but technicians didn't show up til 9. It was 10:30 when I finally got my car back. That gets a rating of poor.

      We had a great experience with Ethan. We had lowered tires and he immediately came to our beck. His comedic timing was great as my mother in law forgot to put her car in park lol. But the service manager came and spoke with us the whole team seems excited about working there. Best part the air is free and there was still a high level of customer service. What more can you ask for??

      II was recommended to Mavis by the service department of Newnan Peachtree Dodge Chrysler Jeep as they didn't have a tire in stock to fit my Jeep Renegade
      I had had previously had a brake job as well as purchased tires at this location
      I contacted Spencer at Mavis and asked if he could replace my tire and inspect my sensors
      He took me right in and made the repair in a little over a hour

      On March 7th, I sent my son ,in my stead, for a 9 am new tire and install appointment at Mavis Tires & Brakes. He declined the extended warranty as I directed since a brand new tire of the quality ,which Mavis Tire & Brakes website boasts about, wouldn't need an extended warranty. Silly me. One week and two days later, on March 16th, I wake up to the picture below...My brand new tire completely flat. I had my husband and son inspect it for injury after they removed it and put the spare on. They found none. I drove the car to Mavis, assuming that good customer service and merchandise quality, would ensure that this new tire would be immediately replaced as it was clearly defective. I was assured that the problem would be addressed as I waited. The front desk man informed me that if there was an injury found on the tire that it would have to be at the center of the tire and not the outer portion ... if it was in the center of the tire they could replace it and if the injury was on the outer side then they wouldn't be able to touch it. I'm assuming now that he told me this because he assumed I had the so called extended warranty although that was not communicated at the time. The front desk man came to check in with me twice while I waited in order to update me. The first update was that the tech had placed the tire in the water bath and saw no sign of damage and the second update was to say that he instructed the tech to put the tire in the tank in order to completely verify that there was no damage. A while later both the front desk man and the store manager came into the waiting room to state that a tear had been found in the tire after all! In a spot , on the outer side of the tire, that disqualified the tire from being replaced free of charge. How convenient and I mean that with the FULLEST sense of sarcasm I can muster. They both made sure to emphasize that had I purchased the extended warranty for the brand new tire that then they could've done something more for me. The manager said he could give me a new tire at a vastly discounted rate and charge me that discounted purchase amount plus cost of install in order for this problem to be resolved. If you're counting....this is now tire number two that I am purchasing from Mavis in the span of a little more than a week. My husband complained as well and to no avail. In the interest of time, I agreed to pay the discounted price for the tire and install. Drove out of Mavis and headed to work. After working a full day, I headed home, like many people do! Heading south on i85, in the fast lane, I hear a pop. Strange right? Then my wheel starts shaking and my car begins to swerve...I am luckily able to pull over to the right. I get out of my car and what do I see????? My new tire... FLAT AGAIN (photo included below). So here I sit on the side of the road while my husband changes a new tire again and puts on the spare. This was DANGEROUS and NEGLECTFUL and MAVIS is FORTUNATE THAT I WAS NOT INJURED OR WORSE and THAT OTHER INNOCENT DRIVERS WERE NOT INJURED. New tires don't deflate after a week and mysteriously have an injury appear after several close examinations nor do new tires (less than hours old mind you) burst without provocation. Mavis is responsible for this oversight and they WILL correct this and I will be seeking further consolation and consideration from other parties.

      Update: I was contacted by Darrel, the regional manager, the morning of Wednesday March 17th. He was apologetic, an excellent listener and most importantly EMPATHETIC. He asked me to go to the other Mavis location on 45 Market place drive in Newnan to re-evaluate and make the situation right. I did so. I received a brand new tire of better quality then the one installed the day before. Hector and Eddie were polite, attentive and professional. When Eddie pulled my car back up I asked him one question "is it safe now?" And he responded "yes, ma'am, I would let my own wife drive this car with my child in it. It's safe". And that is what I needed to hear after the horrific event that had occurred the day before. Empathy is everything. Thank you to Eddie, Hector, Darell and Pat S. for escalating and making this right. I will NEVER visit the bullsboro location again (haven't heard from them at all actually nor do I wish to), but I will gladly go to the market place drive location.

      CJ was great! It was raining, and they were a bit busy with the phone calls and additional customers, yet he apologized, and it was honestly not a problem--he was swift and helpful. I would recommend this location.

      I just moved back to Newnan from Buckhead and needed a plug for a nail in my tire. How refreshing to find a responsive, courtesy team here compared to Buckhead! I was in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you.

      Great service! My tire pressure light came on and I drove in to Mavis. I was immediately met by a mechanic who fixed me right up. Apparently two of my tires were overinflated and one was under inflated. No worries for me thanks to Mavis.

      I had a 1 pm appointment and arrived at 1230.
      They were not done until 345 pm. With appointment.
      Went home and noticed one tire looked low. Added air and checked valve stem. It is leaking. They replaced the tire sensors (I did not ask for this but paid for it) also at 63 mph the tires shake as if unbalanced(new).
      Had to return and sit for a few more hours waiting even though when I called they told me oh no, we will get you right in and take care of you.
      Yea right.
