Sheana helped us pick out 2 mattresses in under 30 minutes. She has an impressive level of expertise about all of the mattress brands and individual mattress details. Jairo was also very helpful. Thank you to this team; we are very happy with our purchases.

Almost immediately walking in Nick greeted us with a smile and was ready to help us. He let us test the beds and feel out what we liked best. We didn't feel pressured like some sales people make you feel or feel like he was getting annoyed with our indecisiveness. We found what we loved and everything else was smooth sailing. Nick was so helpful and definitely knew what he was talking about. He wasn't just business either, he was friendly and made you feel like you've been friends forever and like he really had your best interest at heart. Would definitely recommend going here & I hope Nick is there to help you!

I came into this location after going to the one on Rt. 4 North with my wife. I've bought several beds from Sleepy's over the years in Manhattan and never had a problem. This time was little different since the wife and I were making an "investment" into a bed we would have for years that had the comfort we were looking for. We were willing to make a significant purchase. Tom the store manager had many years of experience and really explained everything to me very well several times. It can be very confusing buying a bed. Different names from different retailers and online stores with the same specs. Comfort is everything at the end of the day backed by a solid warranty.
We had shopped already at Bloomingdales and the Sleepys on Rt. 4 but left both stores after getting the hard sell for the highest priced items in the stores. The guy at Bloomies when I asked him about something reasonably priced said if I wanted to buy a "bed off the street" that's an option. Funny enough they have no beds under $5k on the floor but have plenty online from Bloomies. They just have nothing on the floor.
In the end within an about an hour I bought a better bed then what we originally wanted for a lesser price. Tom showed me the same beds online and cut a fair deal for it. Excellent experience and highly recommended location.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We went in search for a good mattress at a decent price. They have a variety of mattresses at all price ranges. Don, the manager, was excellent. He directed us toward mattresses at our price range and provided great product information. He wasn't pushy and let us take a while to decide on a mattress. We ended up getting pillows and got a sweet overall deal. Best buying experience!

Their DELIVERY SERVICE is absolutely THE WORST! If they miss your first day of delivery call them back and make sure you get your money back if you paid for delivery. If they sold you stuff in place of a delivery charge like pillows and covers they will give you that for free. Just make sure you don't get off the phone until you do just like I had to. They shouldn't get away with crappy delivery service which cost me sitting at home and waiting for their drivers that gave me 101 excuse and missing a day of work!!!

Frank Meo - was great he ask me and my wife questions on what type of bed we were looking for. Frank was able to help us on selecting the right bed and a with it a great price. Came in here Tuesday night and met with Don. It was clear from the start that he knew what he was talking about and had our best interest in mind. The store is clean and neat and we left with a great deal on a new mattress. Very pleased with the experience!
