DONT GO HERE!!! Elderly abuse and they steal your packages from the mail. Surly employees and terribly mismanaged!!! If I could give Negative 3 stars I would.
Management does not return calls. Phone can ring 50 tines and no one answers.
Dietary instructions are ignored even after phone calls. One night they did not give my mother ANY DINNER!
A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! !!! RUN!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Amy, Your input is important to us and we apologize for your experience while residing at our community. We strive for excellence and remain a highly reputable community. The package was delivered to the wrong apartment in error, located and given to your mother, I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We have a wonderful Dietary program including special diets and work rigorously to satisfy all of our residents within their dietary guidelines. Please know that we take our residents health, happiness, and satisfaction very seriously. We have met with your mother to find solutions for her concerns and would like to invite you to meet with me to discuss how we can resolve your concerns and improve you and your mothers satisfaction. Please contact Tina Lee, Executive Director at 912-354-6185.

Cindy, thank you for taking the time to write a review for our community. I am the Executive Director and would like to have a conversation with you regarding your comments. While we carefully assess each resident's needs prior to move-in -- as we want residents to call Marsh View home for years to come -- on occasion an individual will need a higher level of care. In that event, we partner with the family to find the best placement for their loved one. I apologize for the confusion regarding the long term care insurance paperwork. We realize that can be a confusing process for families. We completed our portions of this in a timely basis, but may not have been clear enough regarding your next steps to have this finalized. Please stop by or give me a call -- my door is always open.
Jun 2, 2017Previous reviewVery disappointed in how my mother-in-law was treated. After 4 months we had to move her out. She is a difficult person and they do not know how to handle elderly people with care and understanding. We have also had difficulty getting correct paperwork from them for my MIL to receive her Long term care insurance.
