Huge thanks to everyone with Marmot, and especially Stefano, for ensuring that my rental experience was top notch. I loved my apartment. I was safe and secure there. Responsiveness from Marmot always quick and thorough.

The fact that I knew I could rely on Marmot had a massively positive impact on my experience in Reno.

Years of renting with multiple property management companies, this by far was my best experience. Stefano and all the team are also so attentive. One of my favorite things about renting the past three years was How quickly things were handled anytime I needed help with anything at all. All around good vibes and good people with Marmot. The best property management company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I lived in my apartment for 3 years and loved every minute of it. Stefano was always very kind, understanding and responsive (even when out of the country). They don't ding you on silly things like nails in the wall, normal wear and tear or even having pets(at pet friendly properties)! Highly recommend renting or buying from this company.

I have been a tenant in a property managed by Marmot Properties for over a year. Out property manager, Stefano, is professional, respectful, and prompt. He has been very quick to address any property issue that we bring to him and is empathetic to the needs of the tenants. I appreciate the regular maintenance to the common areas including snow removal.
Our residence was recently remodeled with beautiful furnishings. The decor is tasteful and functional. It gives the apartment the feel of a home.

Out of all of the different rental companies that I have rented through, Marmot is by far my favorite. My wife and I have rented through them for 2 years and just signed our third lease. They make the lease signing simple and if there is any maintenance needed, they fix it in a very timely manner. I have to give a shoutout to our property manager Stefano, he has been so good to us these past few years. I have been a tenant of a property managed by Marmot Properties for close to 3 months now. Before moving in this summer, I had nightmare experiences at the last two places I lived. I honestly lost hope I could find a place I felt comfortable, was treated like a person, and where my concerns and needs were a priority. When looking at the property my interaction with Stefano was amazing. He was patient, professional, and helpful. I am so happy with my home now, I'm confident any issue that may arise will be handled, and now I get to just enjoy where I live! Highly recommend!!!!

Marmot Properties is great! When we were looking for a place they had really nice, up-to-date properties and we found a wonderful "tiny house" to rent that they had recently rebuilt. They did a good job on the remodel and we really enjoy our little house. They are very prompt when there's a problem and payments are really easy to make online.

I have been a tenant of Marmot Properties for about 2.5 years now. I have never once had a negative experience with them. Service requests are always handled quickly and efficiently. Their staff is always courteous and professional. And Spooney and Stefano are awesome! I've been a fan of what they have done for midtown for many years, and I was excited to finally have the opportunity to rent one of their unique spaces. If I were to move again it would be into another Marmot property.
