Mark Sychowski - State Farm Insurance Agent

I use Mark Sychowski for all our insurance needs. We have rental properties in addition to our personal home and auto insurance and he responds quickly and is a great resource of information when things come up. Its nice to have a relationship with an agent who can handle all our insurance needs in one place. I would highly recommend Mark.

We've used Mark and State Farm for our Auto and Homeowner's Insurance for several years now. Mark has always been responsive and easy to work with. But where we were really impressed was by how responsive he and State Farm were when our basement flooded! The claims process was really straightforward and efficient with State Farm. They worked directly with our restoration company, they also had a company who could come out and do repair estimates which were very fair, and they then paid out promptly. As awful as it was to have to deal with a flooded basement, we really appreciate how great State Farm was to work with. And Mark was terrific about answering questions we had - this was our first (and hopefully only!) flooded basement - and being our advocate. And we also really appreciate how, years earlier, he helped us set up our homeowner's insurance policy with the right coverages so that we were fully covered with the basement.

I have had many policies for home, car and investment with many providers (won't mention who). I shopped around and when I found Mark I felt blessed!! He went the extra mile by going over all the details and applying all the extra deductions that the other agents missed. He saved me some big time money$$$. His service is also top notch. He follows up with me regarding new programs and always personally returns all my calls. After all these years I have someone in the insurance business that I can count on.. This guy is as good as it gets for sure!!!!!!!
