We purchased our home with Mario when we returned to San Antonio in 2016. We met and told him of our needs as he listened and offered a few communities which were very recently finished or near completion.

Mario definitely has a knack for active listening and knows the who, what, and where in relation to the housing inventory in greater San Antonio. We visited several sites and all were very good choices. Everything related to buying the home was full explained and we easily made our choice.

This being my first house, I didn't know much about the market or what intel's with selling a house. I went with a big realtor company at first. Long story short it was awful. The communication, negotiations with realtor cost, when I wanted the house on the market, price point,etc. All they cared about was making the most commission they could. Enough about them...
My girlfriend recommended Mario Hesles. From day one I knew I could trust him. He inspected the house we talked about the what, when, and how. A couple of hours after he left. I got An email from Mario with the most thorough report on my house! From the first time it was sold in the 70's, to me being the owner today. As well as comparisons of houses sold in the area. Not to mention a welcoming video that explains the report, the history and experience the Hesles agency has. Incredible first impression!
The next day Ashley sent me an email of an estimated breakdown on closing cost, and take home after closing if it sells at my asking price. Every question I had was answered quickly either by Ashley or Mario. Never made me feel dumb, rushed, or pressured.
They had a photographer come and take pictures of the house. And they came out great. None of that fisheye camera stuff, that makes the room bigger than it is. Straight forward, colorful, professional pictures.
My house was on the market for 3 days. I had 20 showings and 5 offers in that amount time. I accepted an offer the 5th day! We sold my house well over my asking price!
I seriously can go on and on about how impressed and thankful I am for Mario and his team. When you hire the Hesles agency you'll see what I mean.

Mario was exceptional in selling our home and then finding our new home, even while we were out of state.
