Manley Donuts

It's Christmas. I'm hungry and on the longish drive to see family. I need something to tide me over till I get there. The last 3 Starbucks I've past have lines around the block...I don't have the patience for that.

I spot a donut sign and think that will have to do the job. I go to yelp...I always look at donut reviews because you just never know.

Yelp said it was closed but I saw people inside so I went in. This spot was clean and the owner...he was sooooooo cool. When I say cool I mean kind, welcoming, conversational and generous. If I lived in this city I would come here often for my donut fix and a dose of sunshine.

Apple fritter review #14

Glaze: could be more, three stars
Outside: more firm than crunchy, three stars
Inside: a little dry, three stars
Filling: a little lacking, three stars

Three stars across the board for the fritter, but the ladies here are so nice and bonus points for the fact that they have a Reese's donut.

I was suppose to review this place April of 2023, unfortunately for me I went into early labor the same day I had these delicious donuts


This place is clean and very organized.

The donuts are delicious and the croissant breakfast sandwiches looked amazing want to come back to try.

Customer service was 10/10 the owner gave me a ube donut to try and it was amazing. Very moist

Ube Chocolate Donut

The outdoor sign just simply says DONUTS... that was good enough to catch my attention. It was a Sunday afternoon around 1:15p when I poked my head inside to see what was left for the day. They closed at 2:00p. I wanted a raised glaze but they were all out... I purchased a few chocolate glazed donuts (which is also a yummy substitute), an old-fashion and a frosted donut. The donuts were light and airy... so good. My daughter loved the frosted cake donut.

Owner is super nice and friendly. As I was paying he had me sample a chocolate Ube donut complimentary... on the house. The catch is I have to eat it inside the shop to let him know how I liked it... I'm probably in the 2% who is not a huge fan of Ube but I took a bite... and a second... I didn't really like it... I LOVED IT!! I wanted to get more but it was the last one! I'ma have to come back for a dozen of those. Im still not a fan of Ube but these are darn good especially with the chocolate flavor... I finished my donut as I was walking out!

Donut box cutest design ever and the donuts were pretty fresh warm and soft. Unfortunately service was not good lady didn't seem friendly didn't know how to use the computer register and the man tried to help her but she just kept talking in her native language. Did not like that I felt like I was over charged $26.50 for a dozen donuts they first charged me $16.50 for a dozen charged me more for 6 large donuts in which I only got 4. And said that the toppings one with cereal and cookies were specialty's so that was extra. Are you kidding me for cereal topping thats like sprinkles and for an Oreo/ animal cookie that's wild. I try to support local so I'd recommend if you live around here only cause of the donuts. Gentlemen was nice who worked here but the lady needs help with her customer service skills.

We love mom and pop owned donut shops and Manley Donuts is a great one! Lots of variety, good coffee, and super friendly staff. Would recommend popping in for a donut or two when you're nearby.

Incredibly kind and warm human beings work here. Needed a doughnut fix and she generously fulfilled every request I threw at her. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! -

OMG talk about a hidden gem (Ok, maybe not so hidden, but it's been hiding from me!)! Manley's is a tiny but mighty donut shop putting out some fresh, light & airy pastries. The display case may be small but they still had a good variety of flavors and types of donuts and pastries. But since we got there later in the morning we already missed out on donut holes and the ube donuts I read about, and why I chose Manley's. When I asked if there were any ube donuts, he handed me one and said, "see if this is green tea or ube." I bit into the freshest, most flavorful moist donut ever! I said, "it's green tea but omg it is sooooo good!" I can imagine the ube one is just as scrumptious. I gobbled that up while I was deciding what else to get. My husband and the man helping us (owner?) got to talking football. He was really cool and so nice and welcoming. He even threw in another green tea donut in our bag for free. I had something that was called a "sunflower," and the texture and taste was like Hawaiian bread with chocolate icing and slivered almonds on top. It was fantastic. The cinnamon bun was too sweet for me, although to be fair, I tried it after eating 2 other donuts. Husband loved everything.

Customer service and donuts were 5 + stars!

Best donuts we've had since moving from the Bay Area where Manley's was the best donut place there too! They were piping hot and being frosted as we bought them Sunday mid morning. Breakfast sandwiches are BOMB TOO! Service was A++++
