Make an appointment .... wait for 30 minutes on the phone because and I quote new patients take to long to enter into the system so she needs to put me on the back burner...
Should have known right then
Day of my appointment... Appointment for 2:30 walking into the office at 2:15 I get a phone call, its them I hit ignore and walk up to the desk. Quote, we just called to tell you your appointment is canceled. Well not duh! maybe you should have called me before I left work!
Then they couldnt get my in to see another doctor because I didn't have a pressing illness.

The bad things I've experienced are that you can sit on hold for quite a while to make an appointment, and it usually takes quite a while to see the doctor - I'd say around 3 weeks.

i made an appointment about three weeks out, wrote it on my calendar, and got the days mixed up. i was a day early for my appointment, so i was able to pick up the paperwork ahead of time.
the day of my appointment, the traffic was ridiculous and i was running a few minutes late. at first, they told me i would have t o reschedule because it would take time for the paperwork and when i handed them all of it completed, they were able to take me right away. there was no wait time.
this was my first time meeting who would end up my new PCP - Dr Sabir. and she was very professional, on point, answered all my questions, refilled my prescriptions, and took the time to send me a few recommendations for other local healthcare practitioners in my network.

When you call unless you can talk mandarin good luck. I called lady was rude, yelling into the phone and asked "what kind appointment you want?", I said a doctors appt. She just kept going on and on and on.
Doctors are revolving door, when you do get one they are a joke, most people could probably get the same medical knowledge with some internet research and $5.00 in late fess to the library.
I have a patient history for a reason, how about you (AKA the "doctor") look at it to find out what has been given every other time. Such a joke.

Horrible, horrible place. The staff is rude, especially on the phone. Doctors don't care to take the time with you, and rush you through the appointment.

This review is for the Hough's Neck location. The front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They schedule appointments wrong, leave you waiting while they tend to their personal phone calls and can't seem to answer simple questions. Possibly the most incompetent people I've ever encountered working with customers. Do not waste your time going here, there are so many other options.

the place is aweful and staff is not accommodating at all and I am a pretty easy going person. don't go there. this was the hull office.
