Mamma Lucia Pizza & Pasta

I ordered from Mamma Lucia's online and it arrived piping hot at my house in a little over 30 minutes (White Oak/Silver Spring). The calamari was delicious and crisp and the pasta & chicken were plentiful. I also love that they wrap two slides of their bread for you.

The food isn't the most flavorful, but service is quick and efficient.

We stopped to get something to eat before a MD basketball game. The place we usually go closed so we tried Mamma Lucia.

We were seated quickly and waited on just as fast. Server was great. Friendly and patient. Seemed to be the only one there but didn't make people wait even though he had a tough table.

We were brought a bread with oil that was a little odd and we ordered a margarita pizza. Pizza wasn't anything special. Review is mainly for the good service.

I stopped here for a quick bite to eat and was not disappointed. I ordered 2 cheese slices, 1 pepperoni slice and an order of hot wings. The cheesy slice was tasty. It could have had a bit more flavor, but it still did the job. The hot wings could have been fried a bit harder, and they seemed abnormally large, however, the flavor was still there. The service was great. Plenty of parking as well. Definitely a family-vibe establishment, which I love.

We enjoyed our pizza, tiramisu, and the service.
The pizza was delicious and ver cheesy and great amount of meat toppings for a slice. The tiramisu was devine the mascapone filing was delicious. Ethan was a good server.

Exceeded expectations.

Some of my favorite restaurants are in strip malls. Mama Lucia's is my new favorite Maryland restaurant.

Close to University of Maryland College Park campus. Clean. Friendly service. Good value (check out their weekday dine-in specials).

They accommodated our 30 person group--including allergies (check out the salmon!!)--and the food was so tasty, several adults in our travel swim team came back more than once.

Highly recommend. And owner Jimmy C says he's opening a sports bar next door. In shoppers food shopping center (pay attention to GPS and don't even think about turning left).

Friendly Uber driver and fast service. It was ok, but It would have been nice to have fresh onions that were cut evenly so they wouldn't leave such a strong taste in your mouth. A mandolin would have been the best tool to use

I think i went to the wrong location. I was recommended by a friend to try the salmon salad and let's just say I did not get what i expected. My experience was completely different and I honestly was unhappy with the pizza sauce taste and the dry unflavored salmon. I could've just made my own that would've been 10x better .. I'll try another location one day

The food was good (I had the Salmon Piccata) -- but our server "Lesly" spilled a glass of wine down my back.
She offered us a "free dessert", but did not comp the replacement glass of wine (Chianti), nor did she offer a credit on our bill.
The manager did not come over to check on things, which leads me to believe that the server might not have told the boss.

We have been to the Mamma Lucia's in Falls Grove a few times, and everything has been excellent. Perhaps this server was having an "off night", but the hollow apologies and lack of recompense was rude and atrocious.

UPDATE: The owner called me back and profusely apologized, offering us the opportunity for another meal at another location. We visited Falls Grove (... been there before!!) and all was made right... THANK YOU!!

The attitude or this waitress (pictured) was beyond rude. And the food wasn't good at all, very bland. And what wasn't bland was extra salty. My work group and I will never return !

Edwin and his staff catered two dinners for our swim team while we were in town for a big meet. The food was amazing with the big winners: fettuccini Alfredo, chicken parmigiana and penne vodka. Communication was also great between Edwin and the team as we changing delivery times at the last minute. When the food was delivered, it was nice and hot. I highly recommend them for your large and small meals. Thanks!

The food and service was 5 star. The portions were very large (enough for 2 big meals. The server was very helpful, warmed my food when I was late arriving, offered extras when she saw we were taking food out.
The ambiance isn't that great, it is in a strip mall.
I will return!
