Last summer I was in dire need of a new property mgmt company. The incompetence of my former mgmt company resulted in thousands in lost rent and property damage. I was stressed out and worried I wouldn't find anyone trustworthy to do the job properly.

I found Main Street R&M on Yelp, and based on reviews decided to give them a call. I'm sooo glad I did! In the first phone conversation with Aaron I could tell that I was dealing with someone who was on-the-ball. Aaron and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, forthright, prompt and personable.

They return calls/texts VERY quickly, always go the extra mile, and have proven themselves to be very trustworthy. Aaron has excellent property investment advice and is honest and realistic about presenting options and expectations. I feel comfortable enough at this point to start moving forward on purchasing another property with his help. I cannot express what a relief it is to have found this team. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. It will make your life easier!!

I've been doing business with mainstreet for a couple years now on both their real estate and property management sides of business. I've worked with a lot of realtors and property managers and this is by far the best. Give them a shot.

When my other Property Management failed to keep their end of the deal. Angela Batson from Main Street Realty stepped up and took charge of my investment. Not only did she helped with me with my HOA Disputes, she also made the transition smoothly when it was time to sell my house. I definitely recommend them if your looking to rent, sell, or manage your home.

On a personal note I will miss Angela Batson for her professional service and her way of dealing harassing HOA such as TPM......

Mainstreet Property Management was really a frustrating company to rent from. We had a 3 month lease while we waited to move into our new home. The management is very unorganized, we were overcharged, given lease papers for a different property and often sent emails about things happening at other properties with no relevance to us. We complained 3 times about the bug problem before we just gave up and lived with them. The microwave broke and despite letting them know, it was never repaired. We had strange interactions with Mainstreet management showing up at our door asking for access to the property with no notice and no prior introduction. We gave our notice of intent to leave after 3 months and agreed to show the property with a 24 hour notice. We didn't get 24 hours, often were harassed to show the property within a couple hours. They had zero consideration for the fact that we are in a pandemic and have kids in virtual school and I was working from home. We had our cleaning service come in and cleaned the property - left it cleaner than we found it, with no dead bugs or dirty walls/trim and they still took cleaning fees out of our security deposit $250 for a small house! This is a poorly run operation, clearly just looking to collect rent and take deposit money, and I would not recommend renting from them.

I switched to this company at the beginning of the year and could not be happier! First they helped with with a major remodeled since my prior tenants trashed the place. I am an out of state owner and they kept me updated with detailed emails and pictures. Then once the house was completed they helped pick a good price and found qualified tenants. Every month I get my statement and money. Basically everything you can ask for from a management company. I work with Aaron Gerry and he has been very easy to work with.

I have had a duplex managed by Main Street for the last couple of years and couldn't be happier. Let me tell you why: I literally never have to think about the property because they take care of EVERYTHING! When there's a repair it is always addressed very quickly and efficiently. A vacancy never never lasts more than a couple of weeks. I get paid on time every month. Oh, did I mention I never have to think about the property?? It's like having a rich relative that sends you a check every month just for being part of their family! I look forward to the near future of adding another property to my portfolio. Aaron is on the hunt and I know he'll find another great one! Can't express enough appreciation for these guys.

Main Street Management has done a great job managing our two four-plexes. We hired them about a year and a half ago and things couldn't be going better. They have helped us improve our properties and are excellent with our tenants. The staff is great at getting right back to you if there is any problem that comes up at the properties, and they are helpful and prompt at helping to fix that problem too. I highly recommend them!

I have a duplex in Pierce county. I am remote and was looking for a property manager to place tenants and manage the property. I found Aaron and Lorrain via Yelp. They found good tenants and their communication are timely and detailed. I felt they are knowledgeable in the area and will do the right thing. I recommended my friends to him. I will definitely ask them to manage more properties for me!

Very crappy business lol. I called Tuesday and asked if any applications were in for a property and was told NO. So I filled the application out, received no follow up or any status about it. Called today and asked and was told that they didn't even process my application because they had better tenants who meet the qualification. When asked why haven't I been contacted the guy laughed and then went silent. I hung up. I call back and the lady made bullshit excuse saying they were going to call me tomorrow... even though there closed on the weekends. Lol thank you so much for wasting my money and time and laughing in my face. If your application process is a comparison game between applications you should tell people that instead of lying and saying you guys don't have any active applications in cause now I'm out of 45 dollars and wasted 4 precious days that I could've used to search for another property.
