I went to Mail and More because I needed my finger prints done for my Rn license. Rita was very helpful throughout the entire process and explained everything . I also needed passport pictures for my passport re-newal , luckily this place offered passport pictures . If you guys need to have any of this stuff done , come to this place , they offer everything . They are professional and polite . I will be recommending them to my friends and family .

Well they were not able to ship my item but the ladies that were here were more than helpful and went above and beyond their customer service !
I will definitely be back to conduct all my shipping business here.

Honestly would have been a higher rated experience until I read another Elite's review and they gave her $5 off just for bringing up the price?

How is that fair to other customers? Like I get it that there's a base fee and then there's governmental fees for certain specifications for a LiveScan, but the fact that $5 would have been taken off means that there would have been a markdown possible OUTSIDE OF government fees?

The workers were nice and polite enough, but agh this leaves a bad taste in my mouth, especially after forking over the $$$.

User beware! Awful awful awful. Dishonest and careless. Extremely unprofessional. TLDR - lost my package (never scanned), strung me along, got defensive when I said I'd need to file a police report for FedEx. Wasted hours of my time over a month working with their false promises of wanting to assist me. Barf barf barf all over this unethical establishment.

Shame on me for not getting a receipt...let my foolishness save you some grief.

The best customer service period! This family owned business has everything you need from P.O. Boxes to best fastest and most economical ways to send parcels and packages. The owners go the extra mile to save you money and time.

Been to this place a few times before only because it's in a very convenient place however, the owners are completely rude most of the times I've been in. They almost never say hi and if they do it's only in response to my hello. I had a major issue once years ago when they messed up a shipment. Today was my last day here. I went in to drop off a box and was ignored for about a minute by both owners. When the mail owner finally acknowledged me I told him I had to drop off the package. He said to leave it there on the counter, but I asked him for a receipt. He proceeded to tell me he was in the middle of doing other things and busy so he couldn't give me one. He was literally a few steps away from where I was. It was such an odd exchange that I told him never mind and I would go somewhere else. Never again to this place.

Came in to return a package to China. The guy working there was very honest with me and said it was better that I keep the package vs. paying for the return given the package was worth around $75 and the return $60. I could've probably done the math and arrived at a similar place, but he also could have not said anything and attempted to make the sale. Businesses that think about the customer end up winning more in the long run. Thank you

I arrived at this location at 8:45 AM on a weekday (online it says they open at 8:30AM) and they were closed. I called and no answer. They wasted my time.
