In the past I've had some scary experiences with house cleaners such as theft, not cleaning what they agreed to, showing up late etc.

It's with great honor that I write this review. This is hands down the best house cleaning service I've ever had. They were on time, extremely professional, fluently bilingual, went over and beyond and even cleaned areas I didn't ask to be clean but needed it. To top it off they even brought their own equipment which is HUGE.

The value they provide truly doesn't match their price as I've paid significantly more for much less than they provided.

Truly a 5 star experience at an unbeatable price.

I went on yelp to read reviews. I would not have mattered if I read them before hiring. The fact they use so many stock images on their web and yelp site just pisses me off. It feels like fraud to me.

I dont know how there are so many good reviews. I suspect many are fake.  found 14 photos on this yelp site that were of interiors they implied they cleaned. They are all stock photos.

I'm sharing an update on the review I posted last week. I talked to the woman who takes the calls for Maid VIP and she said she would have to talk to the management about the situation. I haven't heard back from the management. In the meantime, I've attached some photos I took right after the "deep cleaning".

I phoned around to different cleaners to see who could come before the weekend when I had a guest visiting.  Maid VIP was more expensive, but I booked them because I wanted the service done at by that time.  When I called, I was quoted $389 which was very expensive, but the rep on the phone said she would send "Two of our best maids for 4-5 hours" so for 8 hours of service, I thought my place would be immaculate after.

I was sent 1 individual from 9-12, so 3 hours of time.  He only did a standard cleaning. Advertised on their website for deep cleaning is cobweb removal, base boards, wiping cabinets, etc.  Everything on the deep clean list wasn't done.  Some areas in the bathroom were not done and the counter in the kitchen wasn't fully done so it didn't seem right to get charged that much.  There was damage to the stove, too, but I didn't make an issue about it because it wasn't in great condition.

I emailed them explaining the deep clean charge wasn't appropriate since a standard cleaning was done.  Plus, 3 hours VS 8 hours is vastly different.  I did not receive a response, so I called.  I also mentioned if I booked through the website, the total came out to $359 for a deep cleaning ($229 for a standard cleaning), so that was something else that didn't seem right.

After being on the phone for 33 minutes back and forth, they said they would send someone out to finish the deep clean job within 7 days.  I explained I wanted the deep clean for the guest over the weekend and I have already been doing all the extra cleaning myself so this wasn't an acceptable resolution.  I said if they want to do a 2nd standard cleaning in 2-3 weeks, that would be acceptable.  I was told it had to be within 7 days per their policy.

I was deeply annoyed by this point and expected better service and resolution and was trying to give them the opportunity to handle this fairly.  I said what would be right for a standard cleaning would be a $229 charge and, even though it was higher than other quotes I received ($150 range), they did do it by the weekend, so I would have been okay with that.  They said no.

So, I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and wanted to write this review to let people know my experience.

The cleaner was cool, by the way.  Management is not.

Just a follow up of my recent reviews. After 3 months, I won the credit card dispute against this company for a deep cleaning that cost $359. They charged my credit card when I told them I was completely unsatisfied with the cleaning. The manager never even spoke to me. That should tell you something. Don't put yourself through the hassle and disappointment.

Used Maid VIP for about a year. Quality started to decline related to dust accumulating for months in some areas, putting dirty dishes into a dishwasher of clean dishes, etc. etc. I notify them and tried one more visit - the dusting improves at the expense of other new deficiencies. Hopeless

LAST STRAW - my $300 motion sensor simplehuman trash bin doesn't get a refill bag in it and suddenly stops working (from the lid being forced open). They deny reimbursing me unless I can PROVE their person broke it....  Apparently - worked fine in the morning, housekeepers come, doesn't work now - isn't good enough. Next time I guess I should follow them around and record them while they clean?

Use these people at your own risk

We were excited to hire Maid VIP. The two housekeepers who showed up were very friendly and kind, but they failed to complete the basic deep clean that we paid for. We paid almost 400 for a deep clean of three bathrooms, one small kitchen (not including inside cabinets or floors) and interior windows. That's it. When they left I checked the bathroom. There were still dead flies in the bottom of shower. None of the stains on the tiles were gone.  They didn't clean shower walls, but just poured water on them. Needless to say their money back guarantee or a promise to "reclean," is all hot air as our complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Don't hire.

We have had a wonderful experience with maid VIP! We use the service recurrently and I have never been disappointed. Jorge and Daicy (I believe that's how you spell their names! ;)) are amazing and kind and do a fantastic job cleaning my home. I have used many cleaning services in the past and this service is really the best of them. Chris is excellent with customer service and always accommodates when we need to change dates or times around. I definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs.

Received poor service the first time and I let them know so when I call again they can try and redeem themselves. Now they are unresponsive to the online chat and phone calls. I was supposed to get a call back Monday no call, same thing Tuesday- Thursday. So both poor service cleaning the house and customer service now? That's one way to do business

I was very impressed and delighted with this service! Chris was communicative and available to discuss my cleaning needs and gave me all the details of what to expect for the different tiers of cleaning service. George and his wife Daisy came and  thoroughly deep cleaned my house leaving it sparkling and spotless.  They were efficient and friendly and did an excellent job! There are so many cleaning companies out there, and I've tried others, but now I don't need to search any further. Very happy!
