Absolutely unacceptable!!!!! I have scheduled a week advance for a move out apartment cleaning,I swear( oh, and have a voice mail) two hours before the appointment the cleaning woman called me, made some lame excuse to reschedule to the next day,hello ! TOMORROW IS MY DUE DAY!!!! Mind you, I did tell them , i have to return the apartment key , the next day after their cleaning service!
They will only answer to you , BEFORE you give your credit card info( what a scam bags),after---nada! Only one time, Mike the owner had answered me back, yelling like a little girl, that i had mistreated his cleaning lady! Now, really??? Your freaking lady, called me last night confirming the appointment and now she doesnt want to come to do the cleaning that got scheduled a week ago??? Plus, charging my money and calling back ,being a rude a$$ hole?? Bye maid solution, and burn in hell , in between, for wasting my time, and my moving cleaning . You guys though I will bag, bc you screwed up at the last minute? Lol ok I KNOW MOLLY MAID WILL APPRECIATE MY SERVICE!!
My bank will dispute all your bs charges.
DONT use them unless you are want to get screwed AND GET STUCKED EVEN THOUGH YOU SCHEDULED THE DAM APPOINTMENT A WEEK AGO

This is my first time writing a review on Yelp of any company; however, this company was extremely unprofessional and should be closed down!!! I would give them zero stars if I could!

About two weeks ago, I scheduled move-out cleaning service with "Laura" for 9 AM EST this morning. The owner "Michael Hale" called me at 8:25 AM EST - THIS MORNING, to abruptly cancel - stating that the young lady that was coming to clean got sick. He then went on to tell me that they couldn't get anyone else out to perform the cleaning - either today or tomorrow. To add insult to injury, when I told him that we had to be out of the condo by the end of the day tomorrow (which, they already knew), he told me to call another company. Then I asked him how to spell his last name - and he hung up the telephone.

I don't understand how this company is still in business. Had we cancelled the morning of the service, he would've probably expected some sort of cancellation fee or penalty. I have never interacted with a company that was this unprofessional, or unwilling to rectify their own staffing issues for a new customer. I'm also going to contact BBB to report this; particularly since we've relied on having their services today.

BE FOREWARNED, this could happen to you! They will cancel on you on the day of your services, and then hang up on you after telling you to find someone else. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MAID SOLUTIONS ORLANDO - they need to be out of business - immediately!

The worst! If I could give them negative stars I would. Had a woman come to clean my empty house before I moved in. I told her before I left her alone in my home it shouldn't take you more than 5 hours to clean my house (carpet upstairs is brand new). She then calls me 4 hours later to tell me my fridge was really dirty and that is all she has finished so far!!!! In 4 hours all she did was clean my fridge!!! I then come back and see she has to finish everything else, I tell her can you be done in an hour and 20 minutes? She says yes and I leave again. I return an hour and 20 minutes later-she is still not done after 30 more minutes of her running around trying to "wipe" off everything she was supposed to deep clean with bleach (my exact words) I then tell her to go. Then the owner calls me and says " well did she tell you your fridge was bad" yes after 4 hours of her cleaning it. I said I could of cleaned my fridge I wanted my whole house done and now I just have to go back and clean everything again. Goodbye and never again!
