Maid Cleaning Nashville

I have used this service and excited to use them again. They were incredibly thorough and felt like the service was 5 stars, definitely feel like it was a true deep clean and felt that pricing was fair. Highly recommend so far!

They are AMAZING. I've been using them for over a year and each time they leave my house spotless. Their attention to detail is next-level. Once we tried out another (slightly cheaper) service, and they didn't even come close to the professionalism of Maid Cleaning. In the end, you get what you pay for and much more.

I had an empty house cleaned. The maids did such a bad job that I had to reclean the whole place! Simple things like a mark on a cabinet was left. I wiped it off easily with a wet rag. I did get a discount, but the head maid and owner acted as though it was my fault. I was told it was probably the painters fault, but they were finished. No one else came in to do work. I love supporting local businesses, but this was a great waste of money.
The owner of this business keeps contacting me after I wrote this review. I find that unprofessional. The owner is still contacting me and making excuses for my photos, which showed a bad job on their part and I remedied quickly with little work.

I went through a few other companies before finding Nashville Maids and they are by far the best! Always leave my house feeling excellent and brand new. Staff is always friendly!

Wow! We have used home cleaning services across Dallas, Minneapolis and now Nashville, and we have NEVER experienced as thorough a cleaning as Maid Cleaning Nashville provided. The price is high for their service, so you should be prepared for that. However, we have learned that you typically get what you pay for, and Maid Cleaning exceeded our expectations.

The cleaners arrived early, and then the Manager, Yisell, came to do a walk through and ensure we were satisfied with the service. We are signing up for the monthly rotation because one cleaning/month with them is WAY better than 2 cleanings/month with some other companies we have tried.

I relied on the awesome reviews and booked this crew in April 2018. I'm amazed with the reviews, in retrospect. They did an "okay" cleaning, with much supervision on my part; they're nowhere near stellar. I had to ask them to move footstools and vacuum under them, so if you think that is 5-star and/or detailed, so be it. The window sills were not cleaned, the tops of things not dusted, and a lot of random remains that should have been routine. Forget about vacuuming under the bed, cleaning baseboards, or dusting the tops of pictures (let alone the backs of them, as would be done in detailed cleaning).

We had a fee all worked out that involved NOT cleaning three rooms in exchange for cleaning a simple screened-in porch, and that had to be haggled over afterwards! I generously tipped them $30 in advance (my mistake!), and I'd retract it in a heartbeat if I could. Hovering over a crew is not tip-worthy.

Go with someone else for a lot less money. They are not the detailed cleaner they claim to be.

I booked with Maid Cleaning Nashville based on their amazing reviews, and though I already had very high expectations, I can truly say that their service exceeded those expectations. The booking process was easy and seamless through their website, and the crew arrived at 8:15am on my scheduled date (even though their arrival window was 8am-10am). Emely and Madelyn were extremely sweet and professional, and immediately showed affection for my pets, which really put me at ease. They asked a few questions about the house, I showed them around, and that was that.

BUT WHEN I GOT HOME I was truly blown away by the thorough, immaculate, and thoughtful way that everything was done. I did buy the upgraded "Pre Sale Package," which increases the price a little bit, but includes a lot of upgrades, like windows, deep cleaning the refrigerator & oven (both of which look brand new now), and many many more upgrades. Even though I am not selling my house, I wanted this extra level of cleaning. It was definitely worth it!

I have had many professional cleanings, and this was the very very best. By a mile. I am still finding things that they cleaned or polished that I didn't even notice when I first got home, and it's those details (big and small) that have really made the difference for me, and why I am writing this review today.

Additionally, and equally as important, the customer service is exemplary. I spoke with Victor at the main office a few times, and he was very responsive and courteous, and really, his goal, and the goal of everyone with Maid Cleaning Nashville, is to ensure the customer is happy.

Please read the other Yelp reviews, read the Google reviews, do your homework. But I am testament to their incredible work. I am absolutely going to be a repeat customer.
