Mahwah Honda

Mahwah Honda is my favorite go-to-place when I need a new car. Very comfortable and no pressure. Sales person Dennis Brugger and Finance Manager Mike Craig were my loyal partners so I was able to get 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid at an incredible price with a light speed service!

Terrible sales team. A lot of good car ads but not the deal advertised for.

Went to buy a car was advised $15800 I told them I was ready to buy, and the sales guy said let me get the numbers from my manager, he comes back with the long list of fees 21300, so many stupid fees , I understand I got to pay taxes and dealers fee but how did we go from 15800 to 21300 and that without bank fees and interest rate, definitely will never be going back, before you sign anything make sure and find out what exactly you signing for.

We recently purchased a car. Mohamed alsadi was excellent. He was so very nice to work with. Would highly recommend Mahwah Honda and Mohamed Alsadi.

I purchased a certified pre owner car from here in ~2014 with 30kish miles on it. I still have the car, running great with 165k+ mikes. I came here for years too for service (before moving out of the area) & always had positive experiences. I'd bring my laptop and post up in the waiting area for a bit with the WiFi. Always was satisfactory job & felt transparent in pricing + the work they were proposing.

My TMPS light went on after emergency tire valve replacement and I asked to see if tire sensor can be programmed. They tried to sell me 2 new sensors instead and told me it would take 1.5 hours of labor to replace each sensor.
This is such a rip-off. Taking tire of a rim and replacing sensor should not take more than 0.5 hour at most. Tried to sell me over $400 worth of unnecessary parts and labor.

I've been going to Mahwah Honda for over 10 years. They've gotten really shameless and greedy lately. May be it's time for a change.

I wished I shopped around for a different dealer before buying fro Mahwah Honda. They look for every opportunity to make $$ from their customers. The latest is charging customers a 2.6% fee to pay with a credit card. What a joke. Never going back.

Came to this dealership to buy a used Tacoma. Initially was impressed by my sales rep Hovanes and had a good test drive and decided to buy the truck. Sat down to talk numbers and value of my trade in. I was given a list of numbers and a total and no explanation. My main concern was the value for my trade in as I was already okay with the advertised price of the truck. As I started to figure out what each of the numbers was, I was told twice not to worry about the individual numbers and just look at the total. That should have been a red flag. We negotiated 1000 off the truck price due to dents and deep scratches. It was the end of the day on Saturday when we got into finance with Sara, and we blew through the paperwork in about 15 minutes (sign here, here, here...). When I got home I went through the paperwork and saw the cash price for the truck (that I had signed right next to) was 2k over the original asking price on the website, 3k over what I had negotiated at the table as well as a bogus $516 total loss protection fee. Thinking it must have been a mistake I tried calling and emailing all week only to have all my messages ignored and my calls forwarded around the dealership until someone "takes my number and promises a call back". Reading the other one star reviews I now know it probably wasn't a mistake and I just got taken advantage of. The people are nice enough but if you choose to go here, plan on them trying to take advantage of you and be ready to double and triple check every line before signing anything. I should have known better.

I have been going to mahwah Honda since I was little I've watched my parent pitches here ,this has been the only dealership we have delt with.after having my 2012 Honda crv I decided it was time to upgrade. I traveled 3 hours from where I live now to go there. I was so happy I did mohamed was a gem as soon s we walked in he was very thorough, he listened to what I was looking for . He gave me options he also heard me as not only as a customer but as a person which is most Important to me. I would honestly tell anyone to go to mahwah Honda. From dealing with the sales person all the way to the financial it's was a great experience. Thank you again mahwah honda.

I wish I could give them zero stars, worst experience ever and will never go back. General manager is spineless and doesn't return messages, customer service is down right disrespectful from the top down. I had an appointment for a recall repair only to arrive, wait an hour and finally be told they didn't have the parts. When I complained that i took off work for nothing they laughed in my face. When I insisted on speaking to a manager, I had the displeasure of dealing with Eddy in the service department, who basically told me to end myself and hung up on me. Don't give these nuts your business.

I do not recommend Mahwah Honda.
Firstly, none took care of me even though I made an appointment and I got there on time.
Secondly, they made an appointment with me when they close at 7:00pm. It does not make sense.
