My mom had a colonoscopy here approximately two years ago and at the time both our insurance and the medical facility told us that we would have to pay around $650 or so dollars, which we paid and the next week they sent us a charge for $399.36 claiming they made a mistake with the initial payment we paid it and then they gave us a physical, paper receipt which I made sure to take a photo of. A few months later we received a charge from Magnolia Surgery Center again for an approximate $200 more dollars. We talked to our insurance and they told us that we were being scammed and that we should not follow up with any future payments from Magnolia Surgery Center and proceeded to do so. Since then we had received new charges through the mail from Magnolia Surgery Center for the past two or so years throughout the entirety of the pandemic, usually one or two bills coming in through the mail every single month, this is harassment, we called Magnolia Surgery Center many times before and on several occasions they would claim that they either lost our files, or any evidence of payment records. We showed them the physical receipt that they themselves wrote, by hand, and told us that this would be the last we would ever hear from them again, low and behold, we receive more letters from them up until the most recent of this month in May, 2023.
From what we were told recently Magnolia Surgery Center has been bought out by a larger company which has now sent my mom into collections and also is now affecting my mother's credit score
Today the problem has not been resolved and now the collection company from Magnolia Surgery Center is sending us a bill to pay for $50 dollars a month for the foreseeable future. (From my guess they want this payment plan for the next five months but I'm doubtful it will end there) The lady on the phone told my mom that "This is perfectly normal for them to mess up and do this and it happens everywhere", it does not.
I would not doubt that to this date we have been sent over 100 letters from Magnolia Surgery Centers with various different charges on each. This has gone on since 2019 and it is now 2023. My family is too afraid to take any legal action at this moment but I am almost certain that this is against the law.

The staff was excellent, I was there for a colonoscopy with Dr Quang Pham and the whole procedure went without a hitch. I was and am very pleased with everybody there and how well they coordinated everything, I thank them and Dr. Pham

I had Cataract Surgery with Dr. Krad 2/2/2021 at Magnolia Surgery Center. My care was excellent from my check-in; my pre & post surgery. All of my personal care team were patient; as I was nervous; exceeded my expectations. Even got a follow-up call to check how I was feeling.

My dad is here for GI procedures. We've been waiting over 90 mins; no one is letting us know why the waiting is so long.
Will not be back here for any procedures.

The wait time here is horrible. The male receptionist in the front desk is not too friendly. In fact seemed annoyed. There was a whole mix up on my moms paper work (on their part) that just delayed the process even more. Instead of being apologetic the male receptionist just seemed more annoyed. .He annoyed me. Not at all welcoming. My mother was very nervous for her procedure and he did not make her feel comfortable one bit. I can only imagine how others feel. I'm just saying this from someone that is also in the healthcare profession. It's all about the first impression when one comes in. I would not allow someone with such a negative personality to be checking anyone in at my front desk.
Anyways, yesterday my mother had her second visit and it was much better. Still a LONG WAIT time. . But I'm leaving 4 stars for the way the nurses treated my mother. They made her feel very comfortable and calm. They took the time to go over the post op instructions thoroughly. This morning she received a follow up call. Nice touch the nurse again went over further post op instructions along with her results. Mother says her treatment went well and they treated her well. What a joke of a place. First there staff is not friendly and when your appointment is set for 10:45am and fill out all your paperwork and waiting for the doctor they tell you oh didn't want to mention this but the doctor rescheduled your mom for 12:15. Sorry about that I totally forgot. Wow great staff members you hire here.

This place we were overcrowded your appointment a procedure could be put off an hour to make sure they're giving you the right information on your wristband no organization whatsoever don't waste your time will be very disappointed go to a real hospital

My mom went here to get her cataract surgery done by Dr. Dan Tran. The staff was friendly and bilingual in Viet and English. They have a TV in the waiting room for you to pass the time. Once my mom was in her surgery, the nurse said they would call me when the operation was done so that was nice. I was able to run a few errands while I waited for my mom to finish. There was a bit of a lag in the surgery but I think it is because of the doctor's schedule and all the insurance process.

One of the nurse overdose my mom while my mom over heard the conversation that one of the doctor told the nurse that she gave my mom too much drug to knock her out....when I went to go to pick up my mom she was in a horrible state vomiting, dizzy, nauseous,and her whole body was shaking.....then I took her home put her to bed and continuously vomiting still....and next thing I got a text from my little sister that she call 911 and that my mom was screaming in pain and now I'm at the hospital... that nurse needs to be retrain .....it could kill somebody someday....drug overdose not an option ....luckily my whole family was at home or else she would died that day ...now my mom is afraid to go here again....never going here again ....they don't even deserve one star more like negative five star....
