Came to Magnolia Medical to check out their options for surgery free knee therapy. Everyone was very nice and helpful and they had a number of good recommendations, but I think they are a tad overpriced for the temporary relief they are offering (just my personal opinion), I'm sure that it's worth it for many, just not me...yet

I went to them from an infomercial on TV about neuropathy treatment. I can't speak for their other treatments, but if you go there for peripheral neuropathy, get ready for a dog and pony show. They will take your insurance card to make you believe treatment might possibly be covered, knowing all along that it won't
I spent almost 3 hours being tested and questioned. Each step along the way I continued to ask "how much is this going to cost"? All those attending were obviously trained to not answer that question. When I asked for a range of costs, each answered "depends on what treatment you need".
When I went back for the disclosure of what exactly was wrong with me and how much it would cost, I should have been surprised at their diagnosis of my specific progression of the disease, but I really wasn't. According to their TECHNICIANS and chiropractor, mine was above the 80% advancement of the condition. If I had only been 60%, I would not have been in the danger zone.

When presented with prices for the best treatment, the cost was well north of $20,000 and if I just wanted to get the minimum (which if I indeed was well into their defined danger zone, why would I") it would only cost me around $8,000. As I stated at the beginning, their treatment of knee pain etc may be more in range of normal costs. However, my neurologist told me when someone offers to cure neuropathy, they were likely reaching for my pocket book Boy was she right.

This place is great! I came in to have my shoulders looked at because I've been experiencing pain from my workouts.

In my first visit they took x-rays to have a good look at what's going on. Turns out things aren't as bad as I thought!

I saw Dr. Morris and he gave me some great advice on my shoulder workouts so that I don't injure myself. I also received some great info on how the spine is supposed to look and how I can maintain it.

After meeting with Dr. Morris I did some stretching in the other room. I learned quite a bit about how to properly stretch and also about my mobility. Overall it seems I'm in decent shape, but there's definitely a few things I found I could improve on.

Last but not least, I got a chiropractic adjustment. This was really awesome. It's been a long time since I last saw a chiropractor. I remember it being somewhat uncomfortable in the past, but this time it was really great.

I left the place feeling awesome! I've scheduled to come in again next week for more adjusting. I would definitely recommend it to anybody experiencing pain.

The last thing I would mention is that the staff here were awesome. They seem like they're really a team and like they really enjoy what they do. Everyone was friendly and I got the feeling that it's a really fun work environment for them. I'm grateful for the experience :-)

Here's the waiting area. Very nice!

      Updated review

How often do you have two reviews for repeat business? I have been having chronic pain from my neck and back and have seen various chiropractors for years to get adjustments on them. I finally made the trip back out to Magnolia Medical Center from Nashville because I KNEW Dr. Morris would actually put me on the road to fixing it permanently. I haven't been disappointed. They did X-rays and evaluations and told me exactly what I would need to do to actually repair the damage, and while it's definitely not been easy I know that I am on the road to true recovery. Everyone at the clinic has been so lovely and helpful and I could not be more grateful.

One of the most thorough, servant minded practices I've ever been in! I've traveled the country for over 16 years working with Olympic and professional athletes and I get adjusted often when on the road. This practice blows me away with how thorough they are in their findings, and how they all collaborate as a team to insure the best care for my particular condition. Keep doing what you do!

This was a great place full of friendly people and lots of freebies that I got through a Groupon. I wasn't able to ever use my massage that came with my Groupon which was a total bummer :(
I got 3 tubes of a pain relief cream called "Morcin" which is absolutely amazing and a real lifesaver for a shoulder issue I'm having. They sell it there and it is better than anything I've ever used and totally natural.

Womderful, friendly people! I didn't end up staying with Magnolia because the chiropractic services werent a good match for me and the environment is incredibly fast-paced and busy. I felt a bit lost in the bustle. I highly recommend them for friendliness and the deal they offer on lifetime adjustments. You cannot beat that!

I absolutely love this place! They gave me my life back . I was at my wits end when I found them I was a mess have 2 autoimmune diseases and horrible lower back pain , was not able to due anything or even work. In 5 months I am healing and becoming so very healthy. With taking all the tests and following the program in both sides I found out all my allergies and the foods I could not tolerate and they were making me sick. If you follow the programs and do everything they ask and research your health you will become healthy again. It has been hard work but worth it. If your body is not balanced your health and life will not be! Walking 14 miles a week, mowing the grass enjoying life . Looking forward to each day! I had countless doctors before who would prescribe medicine , antibiotics and pain killers and hormones and not spend time with you until I found them. I love each one of them that work there they care about you ! You are not a number you are a person to them and they want you better. You will not regret committing to this, you are so worthy of being well, feeling better and loving your self . Once you do that Imagine the possibilities. Not to mention you will inspire others to be well too. I believe that's why we are on this earth to help others one day at a time. Thank you Magnoila Clinic

My wife had been dealing with low back pain for quite some time so we wanted to find a solution. Magnolia has done wonders and taught her exercises to do at home for after care. She can go back for regular adjustments as needed and really has seen a decrease in her lower back pain since visiting and following through with her 10 week treatment plan. They worked with our insurance to help make it as affordable as possible and we really have been impressed!

I'm very critical about the customer service I receive so I give chances but I tend not to be "blown out of the water". I've never went to a chiropractor before so I was nervous during my follow-up to see the X-rays and what my treatment would be. Dr. Morris was very upfront and did an amazing job helping me understand my problems and setting out a clear guide on how they plan to fix it. They were upfront about my cost, payment plans available, and scheduling. The people who did the therapy were phenomenal, friendly, patient and fun. Dr Faulkner even offered to text me to see how I was feeling the next day after my first adjustment. Even the receptionists we're friendly and willing to help. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a try. Check out groupon to see If they have a deal. I have 29 more treatments and a massage. I'm looking forward to all or them.
