Madison Trailway

This is a trashy place in the middle of a nice neighborhood. The rent is low, but they make up for it by ripping you off in other ways. For example, in the duration of your lease, your and your guest's car will be towed. And you will have to pay $200 or more to get it back. My guests parked their car after a 6 hour drive and within 15 minutes of parking it, the car was towed!! On a Friday night. We had to wait until Monday to get the car back. My husband's car was towed the day after we had a baby due to some new rule they dreamt up about underground parking, that we pay a monthly fee for. The staff is not very bright at conflict resolution and slow to return calls and messages. The cherry on top is the " cleaning fee" the management stuck us with after we left. I will not recommend this place to anyone looking for a fuss free year. Absolute worst!

I have been a part of Madison Trailway's community for a few years now, and absolutely love it! The location is so convenient! Yet secluded and quiet. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff work super hard to make it the best community out there! 5 stars for sure!
