Always a good experience in Dallas. The drivers are all considerate and timely. Very rarely if ever have I had an issue w inside of car w Lyft.

Anyone reading this my name is Michael Groves and my story is I used the Lyft app as a rider for over a year and now I was able to get a vehicle and now I have 106 left in my Lyft account and I was told by Lyft chat that I am not able to get my money refunded back to me which is theft in my book so please let me advise anyone please don't use their app the are criminals and thieves and I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have been super frustrated with Lyft lately, this is the third time where I request a ride, and they tell me the driver is anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes away, as the time counts down within a minute or two of that drivers arrival, they say they are finding a new driver and that one will arrive anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. As I write this review, I've already waited 10 minutes, and now they tell me the update a driver is 18 minutes away. This is completely unacceptable!

The worst!
Driver showed up drunk, and told me that he had no trunk space for my luggage. He then asked me to cancel, which I got charged for a cancellation fee. I chatted with Lyft customer service, they refused to refund me. Deleted my account with them. Totally jacking people around. Price changing,time to pick up changing. Better off canceling. Not reliable.

Yes it convenient when you either don't drive or can't drive. What's really annoying is the price per wait! Says 3 min, 5min or 10min wait and prices are according to those estimated wait times. Often though your 5 min wait time can be over 15mins because drivers cancel and cancel and cancel but you're still paying that same price for a 5min wait. The other things like drivers playing offensive music or driving a little reckless are minor issues.

I'm complaining because I got a ride with Lyft driver Bobby 08/29 and I left some items a Fanny pack with some jewelry in his SUV and I tried to get in touch with support through the app and I have only been able to get a generic response I've sent 10 messages through the app and I still haven't gotten a call from the driver or Lyft. Nor my jewelry back the lost and found icon on the app is broken and there's no way to contact or send a message to the driver or Lyft. I'm afraid to take a ride with Lyft now that I know that if something major happened I would have no recourse.

I schedule a ride to Dallas Love Field 3 days before my flight. 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up I got a text that Lyft had cancelled my ride with not explanation. I tried to reschedule with no success. I had to drive myself and park at the airport - costing me more than if I had been given the ride I booked. Not. Happy.

I recently signed up for the rental car program and paid my $250 dollar deposit well I wasn't able to pick up the car because there were no cars available, but they have already taken my money. So I canceled my reservation and wanted my refund of the $250 dollars. Well, here it is August 17th, and still have not received my refund, which was done on August 9th. This is awful.
