Shahdi is my go-to professional when I need a bit of dysport injection to soften frown lines.

I've had a bad experience at another highly rated medspa with Botox and was very cautious when choosing another. When I found Shahdi 4 years ago, I told her my hesitation and what I wanted, and she explained the difference btn dysport and Botox, and why she recommends dysport. Her professionalism and caring attitude earned my trust, and sure enough, her recommended dose of dysport was perfect; I can look natural and still have movement in my face, while softening the frown lines. The result lasts 4-5 months.

I value her services and her happy, caring attitude, always giving me her time, even when she's super busy. I highly recommend her!

Wow! Where do I even begin?!

My entire experience was absolutely AMAZING!
From the minute I walked in I was warmly greeted by the receptionist Stephanie, who also was very kind and prompt when scheduling my appointment over the phone.

I was then seen on time by Mika (who did my lip fillers). Mika was so wonderful, she really took the time to educate me on lip fillers and what I should expect as the outcome. She also was very gentle and I surprisingly didn't experience any pain.

Overall I feel very satisfied with my visit here, for those of you wondering I have had lip fillers done somewhere else years ago but the place I went to does not even come close to the level of knowledge Mika has on fillers and her artistry.

Thank you again so much ladies, I can't wait to come back for more services!

They are now called Walnut Creek Aesthetics and I love their work. Everyone is so nice and make you feel very comfortable. I feel like I can trust the women who do the injections and the receptionist Stephanie. They are pricey (of course) and will definitely offer you additional services... just do what you can afford. I plan on going twice a year. I feel like the money is worth it if you are happy with your results and comfortable with the staff.

Shahdi was AMAZING and I couldn't be happier with my lips! I was very nervous after a bad experience several years ago from a plastic surgeon who over filled my lips which completely altered my appearance.
Shahdi was very patient and knew exactly which product and technique would give me the natural, subtle look that I wanted. The best part is, she was able to turn the aging downward corners of my mouth upward for a much more youthful appearance! Thank you Shahdi for exceeding my expectations!

Mika is absolutely AMAZINGGG!!! I have gotten lip fillers done with her before and she is the best. I had gotten this done in two other locations and she by far tops both places. She completely caters to all of your needs and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience and most importantly is really educated and passionate on what she does. I have visited her three times so far and am absolutely obsessed! I am happy with my results every time. Highly recommend.

Shahdi is professional and very knowledgeable about cosmetic injections. She explains everything she is doing and the results are always just what I am looking for her. She is the best is in the Bay Area in my option and I have been to many different places. She won't try to upsell you or tell you what you need...she gives you what you ask for and doesn't pressure you to do other procedures, and her prices are very fair. Definitely check her out if you are looking to get a cosmetic procedure done!

Jade is amazing! I planned to only get my eyelashes done for my wedding but they were so perfectly done, I can't stop going back. Especially because even though it's a long process we have fun.
It saves me so much time applying mascara or false eyelashes. You can have yours done thick like mine or more natural. Whatever you what, Jade has got you covered.

I would NOT recommend this lash studio to anyone. I came from a different state and have had wonderful experience at previous Novalash studios. I don't think this salon acts in a professional manner, and I have been there for 3+ appointments so far, but after my last appointment, that was enough to show me that I am never going back.

First off, they take 2-2.5 hours for a lash fill..... I am truly shocked at how long the fills here take. AND you are charged by the hour. And for 2.5 hours, the amount of fill is not great. I have NEVER seen an eyelash studio take 2+ hours to do a 2 week fill, that's ridiculous. All of my previous lash studios would give me incredible lashes in no more than 1 hour appointments.

I'm not sure if it's the glue they use, or bad technique, or what, but my lashes completely fall off within the first week. And I've NEVER had that happen to me at a professional Novalash studio before.

Now wait for the worst.... Lastly, it's clear I am a client who intends to come for a long time. I come every 2-3 weeks and I tip well. On my last 2 week appointment with Jordan, my lashes had really began to shed. She took 2.5 hours to fill my volume eyelashes. THEN, after the session was done, she proceeded to tell me she was charging me the cost for a full set, not a fill, because of the amount of shedding. YET she never mentioned anything to me about how she was planning to charge me for a full set instead of my normal 2 week fill. Instead of charging me $85, she charged me $275 for a 2 week fill. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU BE? I have never had a lash tech act in that manner before.

To back up on the professionalism, I woke up in the middle of falling asleep getting my lashes done with Jordan, and "Kiera" was having a conversation with Jordan amount how high her "body count" was in middle school and I probably threw up in my mouth (metaphorically). Let's leave that talk at home when you're not with clients you're changing $275+ for a TWO WEEK FILL.

I am never going back to this lash salon. Like I said I am a good patron and come back to a good lash studio every 2-3 weeks consistently. My last salon I had been going to for 3 years. I WOULD NOT recommend going to Luna Lash Salon to anyone. Stay far way, or else they're going to charge you $275 instead of $85 for a two week fill..... FAIL. Thank

I come here for my Hydra-facial. 2nd time with Teresa and I'd be understating if i said she's great. She's super awesome!
She's very intelligent and professional. Most of all, she's very nice. She has never pushed me to buy their products and always gave me wise advise.
One time I had to bring my 3year with me to the appointment and she accommodated us and made him feel very comfortable.
I look forward to more appointments with her and will be adding more services for my skin care with them.

I'm honestly so disgusted and dissatisfied with the service I received my appointment was a 2pm with Mika and she didn't show up until 2:20 I thought she was with I client but then she said oh sorry about that I was touching up my lashes. Are you serious? that was 20 min waisted of my time the we walked into the room and again she received a call and said she had to take it another 5min and the call was regarding her pet ok still not started. she seem rushed then she just start taking and taking so fast and when I tried to talk she interrupted me she said she will only apply 15 units of dysport between my eyebrows and not on my horizontal lines because that'll be enough but the worst thing is I don't even have wrinkles there and where I really have them she didn't apply anything also she applied dysport around on my crow feet's she said smile hard and then applied only on right side the other side she didn't say smile and only injected randomly and the worst thing she left me with bruises and now I have to be a whole week with bruises on my face trying to covered up with make and the right side of my face hurts and have to deal with people asking what happened this not my first time getting dysport I always did it on LA and never experience something like this i honestly think this all good reviews are fake I never write reviews but this is my health.

Got my lashes done for the first time around April- May of last year with Jordan. Just wanted to try something new for a little bit, but I am now addicted .

The lashes make you feel beautiful with minimal to no makeup. Jordan keeps my lashes on fleek and I am very picky. I actually look forward to my appointments and not just because of the lashes. All of the ladies at the studio are simply dolls and make each visit enjoyable.
