Lucky's Barbershop & Shave Parlor

I love this barber shop for my two boys, ages 4 and 11. I love the feel of the place as soon as I walk in. Before I moved to Concord, I drove 45 min to bring my kids here.
If you have children who have special needs, sensory issues, or are active and challenging, this is the place to go. As a mom, I'm always so worried about being judged in public because my 4 year old is very sensory-seeking and active. The guys here made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They were extra patient with my son, very professional, fun, kind and laid back. They have a pool table out back and always allow my kids to play with it. They aren't uptight like a lot of hair salons can be.
You put your name on the board and wait to be called. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but that's part of the experience and it's always worth the wait. The prices are reasonable and fair, and they always make sure you are happy with your cut. I love how open, accepting they are here. The best barber shop in Concord by far

Just got a sick skin fade from Chris "Chilly". It doesn't really matter who you go to here you will get a good cut and I'm from Boston, so it's nice to find a good barbershop in New hampshire that always delivers. This place also has a cool atmosphere, and even a pool table while you wait. They may or may have just started doing walk-ins again but your best bet is to book an appointment online. Thanks luckys you guys are awesome!

Was in town for a wedding and thought i'd stop in for a beard trim and a haircut. I'm glad I did! Definitely worth it.

Unfortunately after 7 years, I need to find a new barbershop. The quality has gone down the past couple years and I always had to go home and fix something, either missed hairs or an uneven beard trim. But when I got home this last time I noticed a big area of hair on my right side didn't even get cut and I have to fix my entire beard. I travel 30 mins to this place and pay close to $60 with my tip, just to now have to go pay another barber to fix it. I like the place but it's time for a change.

I can't give enough thanks to Tony at Lucky's. I'm a pretty indecisive person when it comes to my haircuts, but Tony was able to work with me over a few months to dial in my style leading up to my wedding. Looking this good on our big day helped bring me more confidence, and I'm so happy with how it came out in our photos. I always look forward to going to Lucky's and sitting down with Tony. I highly recommend Tony as a professional and all-around good guy, as well as the entire team at Lucky's.

There is no doubt about it--this is the place to get your haircut in NH.

We had a fabulous experience with Chris. My son explained the cut he wanted and he executed it perfectly. We walked out happy campers.

As for the ambience: you walk in and see an old school-looking barber shop, down to the barbers wearing the white coats and having the red chairs. You walk past the chairs and sign your name in on the board. Then, you sit in a back waiting room that offers you the opportunity to play pool. I won't lie, my family took over the pool table for our entire stay here.

Signing in: When you sign in you find out how many people are ahead of you. In our case, it was 6 people. We waited 1.5 hours for the cut to begin. Although it was worth the wait, our total trip lasted 2 hours here. Thank god for the pool table.

While we were waiting the list grew to 15 people waiting for cuts. I realize looking back that we got there around the time everyone was getting out of work, so it was less than ideal. There were countless people that signed in and left because the wait was so long.

It is worth the wait for a $20 haircut, but just be prepared to wait.

I've known of Lucky's for probably 10 years now. Every hair cut that comes out of that barber shop is beautiful. This is a happening spot in NH and I fully trust the barbers here. It was natural that I had to bring my son here for his very first haircut and of course I made sure to book it with the owner Josh. I wasn't even sure if they took toddlers but apparently they do!! They gave him a special booster seat and everyones patience was remarkable. All of the workers made us feel welcome they all stopped to greet our son. You can't control how a baby will react to a new environment, but Josh was so kind and gentle with our boy, and I truly appreciated that. Also, I have no clue how he managed to get his hair cut so even and perfect but he did!
