How much is it to rent a bowling lane and do you have to pay to pay pool?

Why is there no price list online? Your booking system shows always booked. How much for 1 adult per hour per lane on a Friday night? I do see a $20pp food req as well as $7 shoes.

It's not Friday night but I would hope it doesn't change by daypart. I am answering on a Saturday afternoon. Bowling is $7 per game per person or $55/lane for 1 hour.

Easy to get a lane but did not like the strict hourly settings cutting off games. Pleasant an not crowded. There are deals on Groupon.

We came here because a friend of mine wanted to do a get together here. We ordered the vegetarian nachos. I ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower plate. It tasted a bit too for me. Overall, the food tasted more like bar food.
The ambiance felt more club-like. I wonder what happened to the customers during the Saturday afternoon? Some customers went over to the bowling lanes.
We waited for at least 20 minutes for any service to come to us. Our server, even though he came across as being laidback, it felt like he did not want to be there. We waited longer than we ought to have waited for our food and check.
The staff gave themselves an 18% tip which equaled to $6.11. Personally I felt that was a little too steep for non existent customer service.
Safe to say we don't plan to come back here.

The service was extremely slow while it was pretty slow. Staff is hanging out. Like I feel like I was here hours longer and felt captive. Drinks even the soda was watered down. Like coke tasted diluted by half. I mean it wasn't good

WindyCityGrl T.Chicago, IL08110Mar 15, 2024Came in for a quick bite to eat after playing a few arcade games. Ordered the lemon pepper wings and garlic parm fries. Wow, delicious!! Granted, the fries were a bit greasy, so I ate the ones on top as the bottom layer was soaked in (butter?). Still, really tasty that I'm giving 5 stars. $10 for an hour of corn-hole was pretty cool too.

MoMo K.University Village, Chicago, IL4944442708Nov 11, 2023Vague cancellation policy on website. I had to reschedule/cancel a future reservation because we couldn't make it. On the website, it says to contact them if you need to modify/edit reservation and they'll do their best to accommodate (see screenshot). When I called, they said there is nothing they can do and that I can't even reschedule and I have forfeited the money. If we can't modify/cancel on the same day we made reservation, clearly say it under your FAQ. It makes no sense to tell us to contact you to just get refused.

I came here with my family on an afternoon. This place does get busy at night so might be better to reserve a lane. We loved the arcade. We enjoyed most of the games. The food is your basic bar food but we didn't finish everything. I believe they are under new management because some menu items changed since the last time we were there?? I wish they had more sweet options. Overall , fun time for the family. Hubby and I got to drink. Possibly thinking of throwing a bday party here.

Julissa is one of the best workers there right now!!!! She is resilient, beautiful, kind and she always makes sure my order is correct. The food is spectacular and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Hosted our teens bday party here and worked with Joanna the sales associate. She sent the contract and confirmed we were all set. The sales associate advised I pay for the minimum number of 9 kids and can add on more on the day . Which made sense and of course we had a few more girls join the party ....so wish we had reserved 3 lane's instead of 2 . Overall good experience, plenty of food and unlimited soft drinks . The kids had a blast!

CORPORATE EVENT REVIEW (Holiday Party for a Group of 38)
SERVICE
We had only 1 server, however, for the size of our group (38ppl), it was inefficient to have only 1 person serving us. We needed at least 2 servers to keep up with drink orders, etc. One of our team members decided not to bowl and designated himself as a drink runner for our group, taking orders and going back and forth from the bar in order to help minimize the delays.
BOWLING
This is where we had the biggest issues. For our team event, we wanted to hold our own competition (round robin), however, there were many delays with the lanes, ultimately, cutting our bowling time down to an hour and a half. All of the lane, shoe, service delays, etc impacted our competition to the point where we didn't get to finish our competition - specifically, we had 2 teams that needed an extra 15 minutes to finish, however, we were not allowed to do so. The lanes turned off and we were told that we couldn't stay to finish the games. This was extremely disappointing considering the amount we paid for this company holiday event.
FOOD
Underwhelming, not as pictured. Much of the food looked undercooked/unappetizing. There were some delays with this service as well as the table wasn't prepped properly for the food - we had to ask for plates, utensils, extra napkins, etc. Another delay added to those playing in the competition when having to track down servers to get these added items.
OVERALL
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend hosting a corporate event at this venue again. Very disappointing.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2Business owner information
