Please do not come here. They do not value your business. Each person is just here for a paycheck and doesn't actually care about helping customers. My wife and I came here looking for a Christmas tree bag. There were two associates by the front door. One was a younger guy wearing a camo t shirt. The other was an older female white with blonde hair and glasses. She was rude Af. When we inquired about where they might be she laughed and said they didn't have any more: they did in fact have two in stock but they were two small. Her and her fellow associate decided to talk shit and make small talk amongst themselves after we walked away. We were only 15-20 feet away and could still hear them. Here's a thought; maybe wait until AFTER the customer has left in order to talk shit about them. Thank you!! We bought one item but will not be returning. At least not to this location: Lowe's sucks.

Karen was so adorable and helpful. We will definitely be back just to visit her and see what cute converse shes wearing that day!! In all actuality; it's people like her that keep the community alive and people coming back! thanks again!

I was looking for a certain light bulb for my new out door patio. I had a really rude associate come up to me and ask if I needed help. I asked him politely where a certain bulb was and he gave me a disgusted look I have never felt so horrible about coming to Lowe's until now. He proceeded to walk away and on top of that go have a chat with his co workers. It is unbelievable that this company hires these kind of people.

I use TightBond III on all my projects as I am a woodworker.
There's a national promotion on this particular size of TB III, it is nation wide at most stores. I made sure to check the location closest to me and see if it is available, it is, but not online.
I drove there, checked it out and then cashier told me that the price is not what it says on the website. I spoke to their manager (Mario) who said the same thing.
I would not have driven down to the store if I it didn't specify on their website that there's a promotion.
I wanted to get a shop light, a small shop vac and a few other things besides the glue, and I am a Lowe's loyalty member, but I didn't and left after no effort was made to verify the promotion or why it actually exists online but not at the store.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - M Z.Westminster, CO0271Sep 11, 2022
What is the point of having 6 check out lanes but only the self service lane in open? Additionally, 2 of the 5 self service lanes are often broken?. There is not way to use my military discount at the self check out. I walked down to the Lumber entrance and both of the register had several workers standing around.

I want to say " THANK YOU" to Ms. Kit in the garden/plant department. I'm in the store quite often buying houseplants and Ms. Kit is always there with a smile and a willingness to help and share what she knows. She is OUTSTANDING. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I'm being kind here because things haven't always been this horrible. that said, things recently have been just that. horrible. If you can even find a store employe, there's a great chance that you'll be treated VERY poorly. A small group of really mean people with terrible attitudes. Good Luck.

I purchased a washer/dryer set from Lowe's over a week ago (Friday). On that day, I was promised delivery on Thursday the next week. On Thursday, they called and rescheduled it for Saturday. I was promised delivery between 1:30-5:30. THEN, it was rescheduled AGAIN! When I called and asked how they were going to fix it, the manager said they wouldn't. They put all the blame on the delivery company and did NOTHING for breaking their delivery promise. I'm done with Lowe's and so is everyone else I know.

This location hardware store is the worst to go to, ask 5 people in a wow where sanding disc was located and Noone knew then I asked if I could just check out in the return area and the check out person made me feel stupid for asking to check out there. I knew it was for returns it says it, but there was a long line and thought it would be faster to check out there.

I went to Lowe's to look for paint colors and Ashton who was at the paint counter was extremely helpful that I had to leave a review for Lowe's. She went out of her way to ask if I needed any help. I did and showed her a few pictures I was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable and really showed her expertise when she was able to locate the colors I was looking for, was familiar with the names, or knew similar popular colors that would be a good match. She also was incredible informative, showed me pamphlets I could draw inspiration from, she was patient since I didn't really have a plan going in. She also explained what paint was best to use. I bought all the paint colors I needed and am extremely happy with Ashton's customer service. I would definitely come here again!
