      Looking for a certain plant to plant for my elderly neighbor. I'm the outdoor garden section, after looking around for what we needed, decided to find the only person we could find to ask. Asked cashier where said plant was, after having to get her attention from being distracted by her phone. She said, "I don't know, ton will have to look around." Not, let me ask someone to locate that or let me help you. We walked out. Will be spending our money elsewhere.

      Very long waiting period when utilizing Lowes delivery/ set-up service. I purchased my dishwasher (which was in stock), on March 9, I call to inquire about it on 3/12, was told someone from the company they contracted would call me Monday. I get the call and was told the earliest they can deliver my unit is March 28. I feel like this is an extended amount of time to wait when their app offers next day delivery. I do not recommend their delivery or set up service, it simply isn't worth the additional almost $200...

      I didn't want to use the self-serve, so I went to the Returns Desk, where I have paid for many of my items in the past. The woman there didn't want to wait on me, even though she wasn't busy. She told me to go to the self-serve. And I asked,"Why can't I pay here?". And she said, this area if for returns only. I told her,"I've paid for my items here, many times" She wouldn't serve me, so I left without buying the items.

      Are the self-serve checkouts worth losing customers? Lowe's doesn't have a monopoly on the items I wanted to buy because I went to B&B Hardware on the way home, and found what I needed. A human cashier gladly waited on me, and took my cash.

      alled to make sure they had item. Was hung up on. Called back receivers great service. Told had to buy item online or be at store by two others they can't pull items rest of the day. Asked if item was in good shape told yes. Drove and hour to pick up item arrived to damaged box. Customer arrived allowed me to open item. Back bracket is so bent which is the support. Offered no support or options. Asked where accountability was ? Told to bad but if I buy anything else in store they can maybe offer discount. Waste of time gas and and money. Don't waste your money or time. Go to another lowes or different store.

      Went to Moline, IL Lowes to get eight 40 lb bags of top soil. Walked the whole garden center several times and couldn't find a loading cart. Went into another area and was told it was for employees only and was instructed to leave and they would get me a cart. I waited nearly 5 minutes and finally an employee brought a cart. I managed to get the 8 bags onto the loading cart and with effort got to the check out. I told the cashier I would need help loading into the car. She called for assistance. Got my car from lot and pulled up to be loaded. Waited several more minutes and the cashier again called for assistance. After another 5 minutes, I (74 year old, 130 lb female) had to manage loading the bags of top soil into the car myself!!

      We had a fridge delivered late yesterday. The old one we paid them to take was to wide for our new entry door which is standard 36 inch, was forced out our door and damaged the frame. I asked them to take the doors off of it, so they would not damage our new door, was told it was not worth it. I have called the store 4 times and was told each time a manager would call me. No call as of yet.

      The worst store to buy from. Bought a fridge a year ago, already broke. Paid tmi to fix but they said it wasn't worth it I could buy new for the same price. So I went to lowes to buy a brand new fridge. Wait two weeks to wait all day ti be delivered. But truck broke down, had to wait another three days. Two steps in my house the delivery guy said he needed all 36" of the door, but he hadn't seen my fridge. Get them to take it out of the box to measure and say they can't. I ask about taking off doors, I was then told there's drawers on the bottom and can't come off. I mentioned that they come out, then he yelled to me that they're not doors. Replied I would get money back and closed my door. He proceeded to scream in the street at me and left Styrofoam all over my street. I picked up the Styrofoam and drove to lowes where I have been waiting two plus hours to get my refund till they have the fridge in the store, even tho it never came off their truck. PATHETIC SERVICE.

      Hi, just left 299.$$ behind, cashier walked over to other regerter opened it and left me standing.
      I wanted to open a lowes credit card, I would have just paid if I knew he wasn't coming back!
      Got the manager Mark, he said he would talk to him. I asked the kid that was grinning why he thought it was so funny! That was that, are we not paying cousterms! So mad

      We have been Lowes Customers for years. We recently purchased an appliance that we had already researched. All we had to do was check the availability & pay for our purchase. Because we were without this appliance, we asked to be called as soon as our unit arrived so we could have it delivered as soon as possible. Our Sales Associate, Kimberly, assured us she would call us personally when it came in.
      11 days later, still no call, even though the unit WAS in. We called numerous times & the calls were not returned. Once we actually reached her, she told us that it was not stated on our paperwork that she was to call us. Obviously, once she made her sale, she no longer had any use for us. The lack of Customer Service was shocking & we will not be returning.
