Mari is the best!!! Seriously if you aren't sure where you need to go for a pick me up during your boring work weeek, get your ass to Los Primos! There's tostadas and patron and music and chips, pork rinds and allll the salsa you can eat!!!
Martha kicks ass! Perfect service, perfect drinks, carnitas are perfect.
They also made sure we were happppy the whole time!!
Seriously love love love the this place!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Julio P.San Diego, CA6410524Jan 21, 2011First to Review
Who says all the great ideas have been taken?
A burrito is a straight forward food: beans, rice, cheese, a meat of some kind, usually chicken or carne asada. We've all had good to great burritos. With me so far? Good.
I had a Monster Burrito from Los Primos and get this, it had all of that stuff plus french fries inside the burrito! I'm not saying you can just throw anything in a burrito and kill. You can't just take the "Taco Town" approach from SNL (burrito wrapped in a pita, dipped in batter, deep fried, wrapped in a pepperoni pizza). You can sometimes surprise an unsuspecting cheap skate who thought he was getting something to hold him till' his next real meal.
It gives me hope that maybe the world can be made new. French fries inside your burrito.....it gives me hope.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Luisa C.Chula Vista, CA03May 19, 2016
Robertos is better. their so called "monster" burritos are no where near monstrous. beef taco? no where near the great taste of Robertos. .I'm not completely thrilled with this franchise but food is good tasting and passes but would prefer another joint.

The burritos are yummy and this is the first restaurant I've seen with so many different burrito variations. And the big burritos are definitely ginormous, my husband and I can usually split one. It's our go-to place for a casual meal, but even though the atmosphere seems nice, we usually get our food to-go. It's clean and nice, but just doesn't feel like a restaurant, more like a bar that prioritizes the food instead of the alchohol. It's a weird feeling that makes staying and eating awkward unless you plan to watch tv.
