Los Alamitos Lice Removal

Ended up here after my son and his girlfriend got lice. Griselda and another young woman (My apologies, I don't remember her name) were very thorough, SUPER informative and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning to end of the treatment process. Their customer service was impeccable, clinic was very clean and the tasty snacks and beverages were a plus.

Dear LCA "airalle" i couldn't afford this treatme nt($195×2) i was heartbroken because you couldn't even give me a good discount and i saw on you tube something different but with same outcome and i tried it. I used Any low heat blowdyer . Try it!!
1st. Hair needs to be dry (THATS THE SECRET)
2nd. Put the hair up (pony tai)
3rd. Blowdry just on scalp/not skin kneck
4th. Move blowdryer left to right in counts of 15 then take off blowdryer from scalp and do same step 2 more times
5th section hair and follow through till you have covered all angles of scalp .
YOU CAN REPEAT THIS EVERYDAY

Get a comb not necessarily Terminator Comb because at this point everything is dried out.

First time here for my daughter because there was a lice outbreak at the preschool and we both got screened for lice. Stephanie was great! She was very patient, kind, and explained the process so we both could understand. The facility was clean and the service was quick and painless!
They have products that are helpful for preventative care and a wealth of knowledge!

Martha and Griselda were wonderful to us. Second time for my granddaughter.
They did everything possible to make us comfortable. We had everyone in our house checked the same day at our convenience. They carry the products we needed to ensure we stay lice free. I would recommend this process to anyone who wants to skip the whole ugly mess and leave it to the experts. One thing you should know is you are going to be sent home in a shower cap. I recommend bringing a hat for the ride home. I've washed my hair out 4 times in two days and conditioned heavily. My hair looks great. Thank you again for making this an easy experience.

Staff is awesome, very friendly, work well with kids, answered all my questions, and explained how the treatment works

Environment is awesome as well, very clean and organized, they have games/books/iPads for kids, coffee/tea/water/juice/snacks...etc. they also play a video that explains the process of getting rid of Lice

Quick, friendly & professional. Very nice office with TV & i-pads for the kids. If you don't have time to spare, this is the spot. Checked in & lice out in less than an hour. Pricey, but paying for an at home lice treatment and it not work sucks. Go to a professional, ask for Griselda. You won't be sorry.

They were so warm and welcoming! They did a great job thoroughly checking my three-year-old's head. They were informative and patient. It was $25 to screen my daughter, then they checked my husband for free (dads are always free). When they both came up clean, they suggested that I didn't need to be checked. No hard sell. It was worth it to have everyone thoroughly checked so we could have peace of mind. I would definitely return!

I have a kindergartener that was exposed to lice and as a Mother, we low key freak out and did everything possible but I still couldnt sleep peacefully. I've unfortunately had to bring my daughter here twice in 3 months. My daughter has very thick and dark hair and love seem to love her hair. However both times we have been treated very well and they've taken great care of my daughter. Scott was very accommodating with me and I appreciate it so much. Don't waste your money on the treatment kits. They don't work and you'll spend just as much money buying the kits (because you'll need more then one). Just come here. Save the headache!!
