      Excellent, excellent service and professionalism radiates through the entire company!! From the front office staff, Debbie and Christy, to the service technicians and installers, and the sales team, they took care of me like they were taking care of a family member!!

      Service was prompt and professional!!!! I would absolutely use and refer them additional business.

      Logan came to our rescue when we found the tech with the company we had been using prior had no clue what he was doing. Our HVAC unit had to be entirely replaced due to lack of maintenance from the prior homeowner. Logan's sales rep., Adam Suggs, came in, listened to all our problems which included concerns about moisture and smell as well as the unit replacement we needed. He explained everything to us in a way we could understand. It helped us to make the most informed decision possible for such a large investment. He also saved us $4K as a competitor's quote to replace the unit was that much higher than Logan's - and we also are purchasing a higher quality unit with Logan than that competition. A real win-win. Overall, we are very impressed with their service thus far and truly appreciate them taking a bad situation and helping us work through it as best as possible.

      This use to be a good company but had now become a scam company that charges you for doing absolutely nothing. If your thinking of using this company don't.

      An excellent experience from start to finish!

      Logan installed a 22KW Generac home-house generator for me in March of 2019. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in the world of HVAC and electrical contractors.

      Dale -- who came out and developed the estimate -- was knowledgeable and explained the whole process. Christi -- the installation scheduler -- kept me updated throughout the installation.

      The best part was the installation crew -- David, Jeremy and Jay were so willing to engage and friendly that I had to make myself leave them alone so they could work. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after their work and kept me informed. When they had to come into the house, they were careful not to track in mud.

      The two men who handled the gas line installation (Roger and Kevin) were every bit a good as the crew installing the generator.

      A great experience. I highly recommend Logan for generator installation.

      I had troubles with the AC unit on my house that I had recently purchased. I called them to come take a look and bought into their maintenance plan. I then had additional issues which I had researched and found a possible cause. I called them, due to being on their maintenance plan. After 4 visits, from their service techs, with various repairs being suggested and performed (none of which were my suggested repair), I finally had to call and threaten them with legal action. They sent their head service person out who determined that the cause of the issues was exactly what I had suggested previously. Ended up costing me much more than it should have and left me with a hole in my wall. Even though this episode happened in 2008-2009 time frame, I will not use them any more.

      I first chose Logan Heating and Air because they were advertised in our church bulletin. My husband and I like to give our business to local businesses and felt a member of our church would definitely be a safe bet. I signed with them for a service contract, one visit in the spring and one in the fall. Their first visit, they didn't have a filter to fit our main floor unit, so no harm, that happens, they said they would deliver it within the week. It never came...again at the second visit, they didn't have the same filter and said they would deliver it within the week, again it didn't come. My husband made them make a note of the two filters owed us. I also used them at my rental property, service contract....first visit cost me $149, that's no discount and they wanted to replace a secondary drip pan for $1400!!!!! I said no thanks!! Our upstairs unit at our residence then let go one month after their maintenance visit. When I called for a service appointment the service girl immediately started to argue with me that they had NOT done maintenance for the Heat in September. I was annoyed that she was arguing when all I wanted was someone to fix my heat. Needless to say, Logan wanted to charge me $1300 for a new motor!!!!!! The tech wasn't out of my driveway and I found a better HVAC company where the motor cost with installation was going to be $300 less!!! Lesson here.........look around you probably can do better than Logan Heating and Air.

      Came right out, earlier than promised. Tech couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I know nothing about HVAC and I am sure that was obvious. He could have ripped me off replacing perfectly good parts and did not- it was a minimal charge. Would definitely use again.
