My wife was locked out of a house we recently moved to when I was out of town. She walked to a retirement community to use the phone and call a locksmith and called this company. She was told that the service call was $19 and proved started at $45 for the lock to be opened. Sounded good.

The tech spent :10 on the service call and charged $380. Price gouging anyone?

I called to complain about the fee but first I asked a representative named "Erin" for an estimate to pick one deadbolt on a residential call. She said the service fee is $19 and prices start at $45. She wouldn't give me an estimate. When I identified myself and the call I was inquiring about, she became combative, cursed at me and said if I didn't pay the bill, they would sue me.

Is this the locksmith you want to call?

Two other locksmiths quickly gave me a rough estimate easily. This place is preying on innocent customers who are in a pinch.

I left a message for the owner today twice with ZERO call back.

At any rate, I'm going to call back one more time tomorrow to attempt to resolve the matter before escalating.

Worst locksmith company I have ever used! They are rude, take too long, and WAY overcharge!

I called this place for an estimate and was told they could do the job - make a duplicate key. They would even come to my home for $19 so I scheduled an appointment. I have very explicit details regarding the type of key including the brand, etc. The next day they called and told me they couldn't make the key. It's a for key! What locksmith can't make a duplicate standard door key?

B. From Locksmith Experts came out and fixed a very complex lock. Made it work like new. Highly recommend.

The estimated prices given are NOT what to expect. Website said $40 for a car lockout and I paid $150 -3x the quoted price. Not to mention the price was only given to me after the lockout had been performed. Management was no help and stated "the website is outdated". Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Shitty ass people to deal with. There prices online are incorrect. They were not on time at all. Don't ever use these people. They were rude. Every time you asked them where they were they wouldn't give an true answer just kept saying we will be there soon. It took an hour and a half

I called the tech twice to find out when he would arrive and was told he was having difficulty getting paid for his service call and would be there as soon as paid up.

It took the tech 3 minutes to unlock my car

In 1 hour and 20 minutes I could have Ubered the 48 mile round trip home to get another key and unlocked my car. Total cost $54

I was cold standing by my car
I was delayed getting to my next appointment
I was price gouged

Customer service called and I informed them of my experience. Nothing. It's a common response.

Terribly shady business practices. No upfront pricing. Overcharge for simple services. Generally untrustworthy and swarmy. Avoid at all costs

My technician was really fast, he was there within 20-30 minutes of my initially calling dispatch. Only took him moments to get my door open. I didn't bother asking for a quote because I have a brand new car and knew it would be more expensive, but it wasn't anything terribly outrageous.
