Pass on the big-chain coffee, and enjoy the friendly, warm, caffeinated vibe at The Local Patriot Roasting Co, in downtown Kannapolis. The service is friendly and as efficient as they can be (complex orders and business can impact this!), but they're never too busy to offer your four-legged friend a pup cup. On warm days, they have a half garage door that lets in the nice breeze/air. They also ALWAYS have a clever/funny sign out front that usually gets a chuckle out of me when I'm walking my pup on the way by.

Absolutely loved this adorable coffee shop in downtown Kannapolis- who knew?! Service was friendly and warm, the menu had tons of flavor combinations and ideas plus all the coffees and teas! Great atmosphere, great location and they are pup friendly!

Local Patriot Roasting is a unique coffee shop experience. With unique coffees like the white Buffalo and cinnamon roll, there is a coffee for everyone. You can even have the barista surprise you with a coffee if you truly can't choose just one to try!

Makes delicious coffee. I just went in maybe 10 mins ago (1:20pm) purchased two lg cold brew iced coffee with Carmel and I asked for extra sweet. Since I've been a frequent for nearly two months I know what to expect. Well let me tell you. The coffee was terrible, I called to notify I was just there (I was the only one there I just came in ) and they should check the cold brew because it taste aweful and it normally does not taste this way. Well she said thanks for the notice then disconnected call. Poor customer relationships.

You're telling me I can get a mean cup of joe at the price of 2.50?!? Sign me tf up. With a nice setup behind the counter with both employees and materials this is a place to start your travels in Kannapolis, NC. Did I mention the free WiFi?

Friendly service and pretty good coffee. The shop itself is in such a cute area that is perfect to grab a drink and walk around. My cold brew with sweet cold foam was good however I would have preferred a lid that allowed me to sip directly out of it rather than a straw since you don't appreciate the foamy aspect. Regardless I will be back when I'm in Kannapolis for sure!

We stopped in town to see the Dale Earnhardt statue and plaza are were kind of shocked with what a cute town we found. Our first stop was in this awesome coffee shop. The woman behind the counter asked what we would like and my wife asked for a recommendation. The woman pointed to a board that has all the baristas names and what their favorite drink is. My wife ordered off of that and I ordered a mocha. One of the coolest things I've seen is that they actually have a board where you can donate a cup of coffee to a police officer, firefighter, EMS, active military or nurses. We chose military for members of our family serving and police as I am former police. Be sure to swing in get a cup, then you can hangout or do what we did and explore the downtown revitalization project that are just about finished. I can't wait to stop in town again and maybe catch a ball game across the street.

I actually feel more patriotic and inspired to recognize our country's heroes when I go in here. Don't worry about it, you'll see what I mean! Adorable. That aside, the coffee is delicious. The service is sweet and efficient, the price is fair, and they have what you're looking for. Me, hot oat milk latte is my drink of choice for many years, and my guy just wants a simple drip when he's resisting a caramel macchiato of some kind. Yes they also have all the teeth rotting blood glucose spiking, coffee, beverages you love as well... L O L it appears the coffee is roasted right there in the back too, for me, this is a plus because they ain't playing, they care about coffee! it feels like there's usually between two to big groups of happy chatting people in here which gives it a warm vibe, paired with the rustic wood decor. The windows open to the breezy cute town walkway right outside the shop and it looks like a great place to just hang out or get some work done. I'm a big fan.

I travel the country and this is THE BEST coffee place I've been too! Everybody's friendly, the coffee is roasted on site and delicious, very fresh, great price, A+++
