Bob was the installer we worked with & he came to the house to measure & discuss all of our options. Bob is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, attentive & customer focused. You can tell that he genuinely enjoys what he does.

Bob came equipped with sample clips in various brushed brass/gold color options. We were able to match the rest of our hardware perfectly & we're very pleased with the outcome.

Livermore Glass has competitive pricing & has excellent customer service. Installation was quick & Bob & his crew paid high attention to detail when installing! They respected our home the entire time & even went above & beyond to adjust a separate glass door hung by another company which began to sag.

We really couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Livermore Glass & will always call them first for all of our future glass needs.

Can't give high enough praise to Greg at Livermore glass we have a window that needs replacing and have had several people come by and give estimates for the job and he was one of them(the last one). He came in at the proper appointment time looked at the window and saw the problem he asked if it was a particular brand we said yes and he just said well they will come out and replace the window at absolutely no charge material or labor. He took the measurements and gave us a direct number for warranties at the mfr and exactly what we should say to get them all the info they needed to get things going both quickly and smoothly which is what happened. All this at no charge at all.

Cannot say enough good things about Livermore Glass. We had an early morning emergency at our place of business and the fire department had to force entry into the building. Greg came out day of and got the glass door measured for us. Jackie was so helpful in their office and followed up with me and had the glass installed within a few days. Their team that came out were so friendly and went above and beyond to get rid of our old glass and plywood. Thank you Livermore Glass!

Fantastic! I've been searching for a small piece of glass, 12x12 for a stand in my bathroom. I looked on Amazon and visited 4 big factory stores with no luck. I found Livermore Glass on Yelp. I called and spoke with Daniella she said was kind and very professional. I was able to wait maybe 10 minutes and left with the glass and the size that I needed. While waiting I met the granddaughter, Jackie of the original owners. It's rare these days to come across a family business anymore. I highly recommend them for any glass needs you have!

Very pleased with the great service and quick turnaround time. The staff is knowledgeable and patient when helping us find an alternative to glass. (Previously, we had naively wandered down the aisles of Lowe's & Home Depot). The store has a large selection of different types of glass you could imagine (as well as mirrors too). We ended up purchasing a type of plexiglass for our window which we are certain is childproof and hard to shatter. I am glad to be able to support local businesses who are also much friendlier and helpful than the big-box stores.

I needed a glass for the handmade memorial military flag case for my dad and called to see if Livermore glass could make one. I dropped it off, and didn't expect to hear back for a few days. However, less than an hour later they called, saying it was ready to be picked up! They went out of their way to get it done. This is definitely the kind of business I want to support!

Was curious about getting solar screens installed in my bathrooms. They were able to help me get what I need. Excellent customer service.

We came home from work after a very long day, and an even longer commute, to find that somebody had hit a baseball through our sliding glass door.
To make a very long story short, one call to Livermore Glass the next day was all it took to start the repair process.
They scheduled our appointment to measure and provide an estimate. They called before they headed over and, once here, were done and gone in about five minutes. We received our estimate later that day and were able to schedule installation for the following week.
Stacy (the owner) and Ryan arrived (again, great communication) removed the remaining glass (cleaning as they went) and installed the new pane in a very short time. They made sure that we were happy with everything before they packed up and left.
Their prices are more than fair, the quality of their work is above our expectations and we will continue to use them for ALL of our glass, screens and, heck, anything around the house that we need in glass (including our shower doors when we do our upcoming bathroom remodels)! A much better choice than the big box stores!

I wanted a custom sized table top glass urgently. I called Livermore Glass and checked with them if they do that. The lady who answered my call was very courteous , understood my urgency and had it made for me in less than 2 hours. Sincere thanks to Livermore Glass, you guys are awesome.
