Open right now despite the Yelp hours saying they are closed. It's definitely a hidden gem here in Boulder City.
We were taken care of by Tony who was very attentive and kind. Our first time at this establishment and we are happy patrons.
The food is very delicious and made fresh, it's home made. Their signature potato squares is made with Bell peppers, onions and mushrooms and it's a delicious mix for this breakfast must-have. Not salty but made to perfection, the dishes that we ordered were eaten with delight and gusto. They have a good Vegan menu for those who want healthy eats.
The place has a kitchen-grandma's-house vibe. It's quaint and relaxing. It's a place THAT MUAT BE VISITED AND ENJOYED BUT EVERYONE.
Definitely will be returning.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jun 6, 2020Updated review
Folks, the grill is OPEN! Opened last Friday, we're told. Indoor & outdoor seating. The staff were all smiles & extremely helpful, glad to be back to work, I'm sure.
Today's special is corned beef hash with potatoes & eggs. And I'm on that like a chicken on a June bug! Simmered until it's fork tender! Just delicious.
The Mrs went with biscuits & gravy with the house potatoes. And her favorite; a Bloody Mary. A slice of bacon, a hunk of cheese & an olive, all dangling into her drink. Simply wonderful.
The Mrs is an outstanding cook, but it sure was great to go somewhere, sit down, be waited on & have no clean up duties.
Folks, it's time to put down the phones or iPad. Time to grab the family & head out of the home, venturing to the neighborhood & back into those places we love to visit.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0Nov 14, 2019Previous reviewAs you come into Boulder City, from Henderson, one of the first restaurants you'll see is the Little City Grill on your right. This is our third meal here & each time we've been impressed with the friendly service, quality of the food & how clean it is.
A small place (about 15 tables inside, with a small outdoor dining area & a bar) I imagine it may get crowded from time to time. However, each time we've been here it wasn't.
My wife says they "..Make a mean Bloody Mary.." It arrived with a crispy slice of bacon, olives & cheese. Breakfast in a glass!
The walls are decorated with cute knick-knacks & sayings, creating a nice atmosphere to dine in.
They offer carry out, gluten free & vegan options are shown on the menu.
A very good place to have a meal! - Feb 1, 2020
Two of us stopped here for lunch after a hike in Arizona. I had seen the Little City Grille, but we always ended up somewhere else before. Getting there about 12:30, they were almost filled with their lunch crowd. It is a small space. There was a bit of a wait until the staff could deliver food to tables.
We were seated at the back of the restaurant at a table for two. The place has a lot of plaques with various sayings, and there are photos and bric a brac such as the photo of the Flatiron Building in NYC that was on the wall by our table.
Once seated, we were brought our drinks quickly and we had time to look over their extensive menu. Friday is fish and fries day but we each wanted a burger. We also each ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger. I ordered mine rare and it was. You have your choice of curly fries, sweet potato fries, or crinkle cut fries and the burger comes with a soft drink or iced tea.
My burger was cooked rare as I asked. I was addicted to the curly fries. They were quite good.
There were two people serving but this only delayed our seating, not the service for our lunch itself. Note that there is a restroom in the back of the restaurant gotten to by going outside and around to the back.
I'm sure I'll be topping here again and as it warms up, I'll sit at their small patio.Helpful 13Thanks 0Love this 13Oh no 0 - Mar 29, 2021
We were on our way to a different restaurant in Boulder city but there was no seating availability! So as we drove down the street we saw this spot, we pulled in & the parking was easy. We went in & were seated immediately by the kindest hostess! We received the menu and told the waitress that it was our brothers birthday, when they brought our food they came out with a pancake and candle complementary for my his birthday, a surprise which at 73 made him smile, it's the little things! Our food waswas phenomenally delicious & the staff was very thoughtful. I look forward to my next

This place is such a cute little old school spot!! My boyfriend and I came here spontaneously one weekend after finding it on YELP and boy did it not disappoint!
We visited around 1 pm and it wasn't very busy, but then it started to fill up as it got later. The place is fairly small as well, so I can imagine it may get busy some times during dinner! They have indoor and outdoor seating and the staff was very attentive and kind!
As for the food, they had breakfast, lunch and dinner options! I had a hard time choosing what to get because everything sounded so good!! The portions are also pretty big, so I recommend coming in with an appetite.
We ordered the house made pepper jack cheese sticks and my mouth is still watering writing about them! YOU MUST TRY THEM! I also ordered a wrap and my boyfriend ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were probably one of the best I've had! I would come back just for those! Ha
Overall food was 10/10 !Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael M.Ogden, UT206228549Nov 15, 2020

EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH EXCELLENT HOMEMADE FOOD at a reasonable price! YES...it's actually homemade! So the food doesn't come out in 5 mins like a chain restaurant. You will be glad you waited the extra few mins! The food here is excellent! We recommend the Chicken Cordoned Blue! Very flavorful!
The steak was also really good! And try the bread pudding for dessert! Come by, and check out the welcoming atmosphere, with great homemade food!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 15, 2018
Awesome! Small place, but accommodated our huge group. Portions big, price is great. This restaurant accommodated our large group of 30 people.(yes, I think all but one table was ours in the whole restaurant)
While it did take a bit of time to get the food, the service staff was awesome about separate checks or better yet, we went to the register, told them what we ordered and she said what the bill was including tax and tip! Service with a smile!
Oh, my corned beef hash was awesomeHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 3544502266Oct 13, 2018
What a great little restaurant. I was out in the Hoover Dam area and got hungry and this place was the #1 restaurant that came up on Yelp. As soon as we enterered we were warmly greeted by the lady up in the front. She was also our server and made our whole experience there delightful. Too bad I didn't catch her name!
I had my eyes on the fish and chips and our server told me that their special for the day was their fish fry. For under $10, you get fish, shrimp, and clam strips with fries. Exactly what I was looking for and i was sold. Glad I ordered it because all of the ingredients tasted freshly cooked and not too greasy at all! My husband got the Fried Egg burger and he said that was great as well.
Inside, the restaurant is tiny but very cozy. Underneath the table glass are random photographs of people. The server explained that some of the photos are of the owners, while other photos were snuck under the glass by customers. Pretty cool.
There are cute random decorations on the windowsills, along with some catchy signs hung on the walls. Bathroom situation is a little odd as you have to exit the restaurant and walk to the parking lot towards the back of the restaurant. But no biggie.
Come visit if you are checking out the Hoover Dam. It's less then 10 minutes away. You won't be disappointed!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Marissa P.Las Vegas, NV1105Nov 28, 2021
Extremely cute restaurant with an impressive amount of vegan options! We got the impossible burger and fried pickles, they were both great. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. They checked on us multiple times even though we sat on the patio. 10/10! Can't wait to visit again soon.
