First visit, and I'll definitely be back. I had the Torta Cubana sandwich: sausage, ham, a fried egg and breaded fried pork loin with two kinds of melted cheese, guacamole, crema (sour cream) and pickled jalapeños (you can leave those off if you want) on a soft/chewy Mexican sesame roll. More delicious food than I could eat, and I'm a big guy. It's a $10 sandwich, and worth every nickel.
ProTip: if you like spicy, ask for the green (medium) or red (quite spicy) salsa from the back to go with your complimentary chips.
Updates: Three more visits and I'm still impressed. Little Brother has the intense (not spicy) flavor you just don't get in other places. Had the Torta Milanese (chicken cutlet sandwich, Mexican style), the Molcajete Mixto (a dinner mix of spicy shrimp, steak, chicken, cheese, and salsa verde served in a traditional stoneware bowl) and some basic tacos.
ProTip: try the barbacoa (marinated grilled beef) taco, it's excellent.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 15, 2022
The torta Hawaiana was great. Chips and salsa-some of the best i have tried. Friendly service. Only thing i did not like was the agua natural de tamarindo, which tasted perfumey and was not authentic. Next time i will try the horchata water instead.

I've been in town for work off and on the last several years and have yet to find a decent Mexican food restaurant ... Until now! This place is legit! Chips were fresh, salsa was spicy, quesadillas were on point, and the service was excellent! Kicking myself that I didn't find this place sooner ...

Definitely not what I thought when we got there. But the food was delicious. I got some a Mexican sandwich that I had never had and was stocked by how good it was.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in El Dorado, family owned, not flashy, but tucked deep into the parking lot of an aging motel on the south side of El Dorado, across from Atwood's. Clean. Never busy. The service is quick and attentive.

My favorite COVID-19 place to eat. Tables are spread out. Staff wears masks. Service is still good.
I really like their street tacos. So fresh. But we recently saw a plate delivered to a table and had to ask what it was. They were Sopas. So so good. Super fresh. I ordered three steak Sopas and it was too much food. Back to two next time.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brooke T.Tyler, TX073Jul 12, 2022
My daughter always asks to eat here or get this delivered for dinner with Waitr. She loves the enchiladas and the quesadillas. Everything that I have tried has been amazing and anyone can use the code LOCAL 5 to take 5.00 off or Sorry20 to take 20 percent off your order!

The Torta Hawaiiana is my new favorite meal in El Dorado. They have the best salsa in town and the al pastor tacos are amazing. My husband got the meño burrito and it was fantastic as well. Hands down the best Mexican food in town!!!

We decided to try something new today and pick this place and we have no regrets! A little hard to find because it's in a hotel but the entrance is outside. The service was amazing! Our waitress was so happy and helpful. We both ordered fajitas and they were really good. We will be back!
