What a lovely office, so friendly and helpful! Called to get an appointment and even though it was quiet far out from when I wanted to come in, I made the appointment . They called me the next day and were able to fit me in right there and then!

I also really enjoyed my visit with the Dr. Benest This was my second time seeing her and she's been able to take care of the issues that I had as fast and efficiently as the first time.

Highly recommend the office. It's great!

I have been going here for 10 + years, getting all kinds of work done by their nurse as well as checkups by their dermatologists.

Over this time I have dropped a fortune.

I have always been happy with their work, loved the Doctors and in general the staff were delightful people.

However, while I hate to write this, I have to be honest... DON'T buy their packages.

During the pandemic, I had to move too far from their office to continue with my appointments for the packages that I bought. But would drive all the way from Big Bear when I could, as there was no other option. Then I was diagnosed with leukemia.

When I finally got to a place where I could start to pick up the pieces from everything that fell apart, I reached out to their office, letting them know that I wasn't going to be able to come back to their office, as I had now moved even further away.

Their reply? Well, if you read the fine print, you don't get your money back after a year. You don't use it you lose it. But since we are so nice, and you've been around with us for a while, will give you back some of it.

Really?!! All the money I dropped. The long distances I drove to accommodate them and their policy. And this is how they treat me.

The lesson... Don't buy packages from them. Not unless you can guarantee your life and health for that full year. They are heartless.

The best dermatologist ever! Dr. Vadmal. Do not look further. He is super smart, very caring, and listens as well as takes action on everything related to skin. I drive an hour each way and it is WELL worth it!

Dr. Birnbaum was great! He was attentive, direct and transparent which is what I look for in a doctor. He didn't push any creams on me and just did a thorough evaluation.

My husband and I both had appointments on the same day, which they gave us 15 minutes apart. Originally I thought to myself that it is weird that we only have a 15 minute period in between the two of us since we'd likely be seeing the same doctor but I figured the office knows what they're doing.
Upon our *early* arrival, as requested from the office to fill out paperwork, we ended up waiting for a long period of time. Finally, they called my husband inside and had him wait in one of the rooms only to tell him that the doctor is running behind and will be with him in a minute. He continued to wait in the office with no one coming in to help him for a while. As he is waiting there I am still in the lobby waiting for my turn, way past my appointment time at this point. We both decided to try to continue to be patient, but after some time we both got up to leave. Mind you, getting a hold of this office is also a headache. I had been trying to contact them for some time for our appointments and it took a couple weeks for a call back. I understand that offices can run behind but they could have given us a courtesy call or let us know when we arrived. Needless to say, this office lacks communication skills with their clients and has poor time management. We will not be returning.

Scammed out of $150. They never disclosed the price of a consultation. Lady at the register yelled at me when I told her I was not told about the price. Very unethical business and will not be coming here again.

This review is solely based on the front desk. Completely rude and cut me off when I was trying to explain something to her. I like the Dr. I am seeing and will continue to see her until I find someone else. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with them either. Mind you I've only gone ONCE. But that ONE time was annoying. One I specifically scheduled my appointment with a FEMALE doctor. I specified I wanted HER. When I got there I was scheduled to see one of the MALE Dr's that is NOT who I asked for. Yes, they were able to fix the mistake on their end and I saw who I wanted. But, the Dr. seemed a bit rush and I don't blame her. They dumped me on her schedule when it shouldn't have been like that from the beginning.

Back to the front desk... If I'm talking to you politely I expect the the same treatment. If not, I can be just as unpleasant as you are and I don't like being like that. BUT you will not get to talk to me the way that fits YOUR MOOD!

Can't have a nice, professional attitude DONT WORK AT A DOCTORS OFFICE!

originally came in to have the doctor review my skin, stayed for all their cosmetic injections. come to find out if you cancel your appointments you will be docked and eventually dropped. this is a complete joke. this practice is rinky dink at best and they can drop you for cancelling appointments. watch out ITS A CULT

Dr. Benest prescribes homeopathy, which science has proven is pure quackery. Advanced Dermatology Center should list Dr. Benest as a homeopathic doctor. They do not, and this is incredibly misleading. What a waste of my time and co-pay.

My experience at this office was extremely professional. I have seen Dennie twice for cosmetic services and Jo for a facial. I am new to California, and had several bad experiences with the recommended dermatological offices here. I was a bit worried to trust anyone, but Dennie took the time to listen to my fears, and suggest a service that improved my issue. The women are pleasant, knowledgeable and did a great job. I was pleased with their services, and recommend them both.
