I get acupuncture for knee pain from running, lower back pain from lifting weights, relaxation, and energy. As long as I get acupuncture weekly, or as recommended I can run, lift weights, and feel great with no pain. Linyana Gipson L.Ac is an amazing acupuncturist. The first questioned asked if you have never had acupuncture is, "Does it hurt?" and the simple answer to that is no. If you take pain medication prepare to stop because acupuncture will fix that! The best acupuncturist I've been to so far, her needle technique and touch is amazing!

I have been seeing Linyana for acupuncture for 3 months now. Seeing her was my first time trying acupuncture and she is amazing! She made the process easy and understandable, so if you're a first-timer, she's definitely one to visit. I initially came in to deal with the pain from my plantar fasciitis. In the span of 2 sessions, the pain was completely gone and hasn't come back! I love that she takes a holistic approach to her practice - her intake forms are thorough, and I continue to go to her now for overall wellness, now tackling some other imbalances in my body. Her offices are clean and inviting, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Linyana is a very calm presence and so easy to talk to. She's knowledgeable about how elements in the body work together and how they are connected. She's a true healer - cannot recommend her enough!
