The managers at this location are always rude and not helpful at all each time that me and my family come here for the opening pool season I will be driving the distance to another community pool store next week just to not have to deal with this problem again

I just replaced my liner in my swimming pool and my husband took a water sample to Leslie's. They ran the water analysis and sold him $600 worth of chemicals. When he got home I was livid about how much it cost. The next day I went to a different pool place, and the total for the chemicals was $188. I took all the items bought at Leslie's back to the store and returned them. One of the items they sold my husband is not supposed to be used in pools with brand new liners which they were told we had. They would not accept the return due to some law. I asked the other pool place about this and they said it was not true.

The pool is crystal clear after using the chemicals bought at the other pool place.

In closing Leslie's is way over priced and after our dealings with them we feel they can not be trusted.

We just bought a small 10'x3' pool for our 2 and 4 year old kids. To our surprise we needed chlorine tablets and done other chemicals. Ok great. We go to Leslie's and they are extremely high, but, besides that, we are newbies and need help. There is nothing that passes me off more than poor customer service. There had to be about four employees in the store and yet we were there a good five minutes - looking lost I'm sure - and no one said anything to us. It wasn't until I put back the pool net cleaner that anyone acknowledged our presence and by that time it was too late. I'm not spending my money with any establishment with such horrible service. I will NEVER shop at Leslie's.
